The quality of the product is outstanding. Not only does it keep my difficult stoma bag in place with enough support that it doesn’t prevent it from working. I wear the pants every day and they give me confidence to live a life as much as I can. Can you please think about a waterproof stoma bag cover? If I have a shower no matter how much I try to cover it with something waterproof it means I only have one free hand and as I fall very easily usually breaking a bone it would be wonderful to have a normal shower and enjoy it like I used to. I hope you’ll give some thought to my request. Lynne

I am 10 days post colostomy surgery. As this was a planned surgery, I was able to to research what I may need post op. I came across Comfiz through an on-line forum where Ostomates shared their lived experiences and supported each other.
The website was informative and easy to use. Ordering was straightforward, and most importantly for me, the sizing was spot on.
I ordered some support underwear wear, which I started using from day 3. This support wear made a huge difference, not only from a comfort point of view, but also, the garment made me feel safe.
I have now ordered a support belt for me to use at night .
Everything has been considered by this company in relation to how to support those with ostomies of all kinds. I would like to thank them for providing a great product that makes such a difference.

Purchased for my mum after her surgery , garment arrived way too small for size advertised , I emailed customer services to return and swap for bigger size and almost a month later and multiple tries to get a response still nothing .poor customer services

Problem with specification of stoma support Level 1 M/L in light grey which was tighter than other colours was resolved with full reimbursement. Thank you.

The customer service is great as is the stock. I use level 2 to hold my hernia in when out on special nights and level 1 at all other times. I can’t have op so these help me. I have been in correspondence also with staff and they are so helpful. For me Comfizz is perfect.

I recently had an operation leaving me with a stoma so new to what I needed, I emailed this company who responded very quickly and phoned me up, helping me navigate through all the products I was enquiring about. Including things like what I can get on prescription. Also dealing with the company I get my regular stoma prescriptions from. The products came very quickly. The quality of the items went beyond what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend and I will be using this company again.
