Do not trust!! / À éviter absolument

Do not trust!!! order made in August 2019, no product, no contact, no refund. They basically ignore all my messages and I don't know if I will ever see my table or the cash back...

1 year after the order : no product, no refund !

DO NOT EVER TRUST this website !
Order n°18223571 made on 29/12/18 : almost one year later, no product and no refund !
We ordered a sofa almost one year ago and have never received it. We only obtained a refund of 40 euros for delivery delay, but there has not been any delivery, and still no refund for the missing 408 euros.
And we cannot reach the client service anymore...

Passed an order end of August 2019.

Passed an order end of August 2019 for 4 chairs. They were expected for delivery end of Sept. End of Sept, after contacting them, I learn that delivery date is now first week of Nov. Here we are, early Nov, and unable to have any contact (phone, chat or mail)

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ordered end of July and waiting since mid August for my delivery... We're the 12th of October today and still no news. Every time I enquire, I get the same "robot" response that there has been an unforeseen delay and they put the deadline to 2 weeks later. Right now... haven't got my order and haven't got my money back. Tried to contact them once more via their web application, but at the moment I sent a message (14:46 CET -> not a usual 'closing' time) and "suddenly" they went offline. Not an honest company. Avoid at all cost!!!
