I would give more stars if I could.The customer service is amazing. Bought my first pair from them, ordered on line, and the package arrived fine. Beautiful shoes, just what I wanted, except they were a little too small.
Emailed Silvia, who is head of customer services. She said as soon as they received them back they would send out another pair. Sent them off, registered, tracked post by Royal Mail, and then heard nothing. After three weeks, tracking said they were stuck in customs in Portugal. This was nearly a month ago, and they are still there. Silvia and her team have constantly attempted to find out what was happening, but I needed the shoes for a holiday and was getting anxious. So, a new pair was sent without the receipt of the original. I really couldn't recommend this company enough. Their shoes are slightly quirky and brilliantly comfortable , AND if you are ordering from abroad the team are overboard helpful.

This is a retailer for Arcopedico shoes. If you order and the shoes dont fit, expect to pay the return shipping costs. They won't. I had to pay $21.15 to return two pairs. They didn't respond when I told them and haven't offered to reimburse me.
Arcopedico also didn't offer to help.
Other companies have paid for shipping returns without question.
