i order a 6 in 1 bed. was told 2 months for delivery given the pandemic - which I was ok with. Its has been almost 3 months and 1 of the packages still has not arrived. Stuck with DHL for a month. Sent multiple email to ComfortBaby - no reply for days. they claim to have filed a complaint with DHL and they don't reply or send information what is going on. This is for a new born and I paid over 1000 Euros. Now I am forced to buy another temporary bed /200 euro/ while I wait for this s**t service to complete my order

Attention! As previously mentioned this company does not ship all the items, won’t reply to emails and does not offer solutions. I have waited my order 4,5 months now and only received some parts but cannot use the bed. At first they told that delivery is 8 weeks, then that all will be delivered by the beginning of October but now they tell that maybe in a month the other parts will arrive. So all together almost half a year and still not sure if I will get my order. I am afraid they are close to bankruptcy and selling last items they have in stock. If you are willing to risk that, I suggest to place an order before you get pregnant…

I have gotten almost all items, surprisingly on time. BUT! I I wrote a lot of mails to them. When I said I miss something the next day I have got trucking number for sending. After 8 weeks still missing unicorn mobile wrote to them and next day I have got trucking number to DHL.
Ii have a problem with having pay too much taxes becouse of them filled out delivery papers with wrong value of the items. At all I had to pay almost 500€ extra in my country which is wrong becouse I have bought things in Polish Zloty which is so much cheaper than Euro.
Now I have to write to custom declaration to get my money back...
Items are good quality and that's all, but it was not worth. I could have all in for this price from STOKKE

Absolutely shocking, I was given the 7 in 1 bed as a gift when I was pregnant. My daughter is now 3 and I’ve been waiting 3 months to get her bed extension.
You receive no updates from the company and you have to constantly chase them, I was told 4 weeks for a piece of mattress extension. I’m on week 9 now and have been today told that it will take another 2 weeks, really? For a piece of C shaped foam? And when I’ve asked to cancel I’ve been referred to an email address that I know fines well is not manned because after sending many emails about a previous issue I soon realised via Facebook is the only way to get a response. Terrible customer service and terrible excuses. If you are in the UK don’t use this company.

I ordered my daughter a bed in January. By March the bed had still not arrived with no update from them after many email chasers. I asked them after 3 months to cancel the order then they sent it to me. My daughter had arrived by now so I did not need it. I spent £400 to ship it back to them as we live in the UK. I still am yet to receive my £1,100+ refund from them and no responses via email

This is just a paradise for pregnant moms and babies! We bought a SmartGrow 7in1 baby cot on the recommendation of our friends. The quality and design are amazing. We recommend it to everyone!
Worst customer service i have every…
Worst customer service i have every experienced! Ordered soft dream bed in January 21, spent over €1000, i still haven’t received the bed and mattress and got bits and pieces. I asked for a full refund and got a reply a millionth time to send photos for them to submit a claim to DHL. I don’t care what the problem is with DHL. I didn’t get the bed, so i expect a full refund without excuses to get pictures of what?! air?! I don’t recommend ordering here! Avoid at all costs! We had our baby first week of July, and she is still without a bed and we are full of stress. Disgrace!!!!
Defected product, terrible customer service
Some parts were missing from the delivery, product could not be used as intended. The customer service has been extremely slow and unresponsive, and situation has remained the same for 6 months. The online store also blocks negative comments on social media instead of trying to fix the problems.
I would strongly recommend to avoid this fraudulent online shop.

The order was made on 12th January, but as of the end of March after dozens of emails some part of the order (pendulum swing) is still missing, Comfortbaby now ignores any requests and emails, not giving any update on the status of missing parts/ dates of shipment. When you ask them to return the money for missing elements they simply pretend they never received your request. Would give them zero stars if I could. If your value your time and money just order somewhere else!
