BE AWARE OF WEIGHT WORLD !!
A NEVER-ENDING STORY with WeightWorld France, update today 16.02.2026 following my negative review published 06.02.2026 on Trustpilot.
In France in French, in Dutch in the Netherlands, in the United Kingdom in English.
The Netherlands reacted considerate and understanding. Obviously, they could not go any further as my purchase was made in France.
Surprisingly, the United Kingdom where WeightWorld Headquarters are based, I did not have the pleasure receiving a reaction.
On 12.02.2026, via Trustpilot France, Weight World France apologised and offered reimbursement of extra costs in the amount € 32.37. I was requested to contact the Service Clientele.

Communication takes place via e-mail with “Vanessa” of the Service Clientele.
On 13.02 Vanessa offers reimbursement and asks for evidence of my money lost.
Which I did immediately, resulting that Vanessa rejected the offer for reimbursement !
Unfortunately, the story gets worse. I placed my order on 24.12.25 € 19.94, which is fine.
During the last week of December various amounts (entitled “charity checks, non-Euro zone”) were debited of my credit card account, in total € 32,37. That was on top of the original amount of € 19.93.
End January another € 29.99 Clarity Check was debited.
It gives the impression of some subscription for which I have never given authorisation.
At present WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION a total amount of € 62,36 has been charged to my credit card. There must be some link without my knowledge or authorisation when I placed the order.
Vanessa’s way of communication is a bit weird. I suspect that I am dealing with a Service Clientele that is Artificial Intelligence generated. How can one deal with a fake Vanessa?
I sincerely hope that this matter comes to the personal attention of the CEO, Mr Nehal Patel, CEO of Comfort Click Ltd. in Crowdon, Sevenoaks, UK. Apparently, Comfort Click operates and Manages WeightWorld.
In 2025 Comfort Click was acquired by Zyduss Wellness Ltd for 239 million Pound Sterling for those who are interested to know.
I remain hopeful that the matter will be handled decently and correctly.
