Beds have not turned up impossible to contact as dont reply. Says delivery delayed. Threw out old beds the day they was due and now i have 2 teenagers sleeping on floor.

Please do not be put off by the bad reviews. Yes I did have to wait for my bed to arrive but this was all communicated to me and delivered right away. You will not be disappointed. I love my Mink colour bed and the mattress has helped with my back pain. Great product and will highly recommend!!

The beds are not the right size, ordered a super king bed base which was 6 inches too short for my mattress. The guy I spoke to tried to tell me I must have a specially made sized mattress 🤣🤣 and even after I sent photos and measurements, still didn’t seem to understand what the problem was.
Arranged with him to collect the bed for a refund…did not turn up!! Also didn’t answer phone calls, texts and emails.
Finally got in touch, which they just replied that they needed my order number, no apologises or anything about not collecting the bed.
Sent order number….no reply.
Eventually got in touch with me after I sent another message…deplorable customer service!! Would not recommend to anyone…!!

Not brilliant quality but definitely worth the money.

What a fantastic service, delivery within 7 days, 1 call to confirm delivery date and time and then a 2nd call on the day to confirm delivery within the hour. The two beds I ordered arrived packaged and clean with no damage. Now assembled they look superb quality and style for the price paid. I would have no hesitation purchasing from this company.

Avoid this company !!!!! A month later - no bed received , they didn’t reply to emails — numerous phone calls not answered , one call answered and was very abusive ....... clearly they will take your money but not offer you the service ... they need lessons in customer service .

Bed ordered Friday, arrived Monday despite the fact that at time of ordering it was suggested that my post code area may take longer than usual 5-10 day period. Was called on the Sunday and advised delivery was due Monday. Great service, lovely bed. Would recommend

I bought their empire stylish bed a few months ago for my son he has loved him need since then. Also the memory foam mattress is very soft and comfortable

Very rude and no customer service what so ever even put the phone down on me , said bed be delivered today got a call to say won’t as van broke down wouldn’t give me the couriers number so I could she if I could arrange them to get delivery here sooner than next Tuesday all kept saying is don’t you trust us and spoke to me with no manners would stay well clear
