DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a Relaxzen Shiatsu massager from them. Had it for 3 years and the (so-called) leather started ripping and the vibrating seat cushion stopped working. The place I bought it from did not care and even mow the manufacturer does not care. I had to send 3 messages screaming for an answer before someone emailed back.

Fathers day flop

I bought a new recliner from these folks via stoneberry.com and the foot rest won't come up when I pull the recline knob. The paper inside the box it came in states Please contact us first so I have sent 2 emails in 3 days and nobody even responded to me at all. My fathers day gift is a big flop. Folks please BEWARE of people like this. All they want is your money then no service after the sell. What a bunch of CROOKS. Byron Jackson
