First time ordering. Genuinely really nice people, who take pride in their craftsmanship. Delivery on time, fitters highly skilled to assemble and mount bed panels on wall safely and securely. You can tell the difference in quality from these guys were far superior than any other bed I have bought over the years. 10/10 for service, quality, installation. Thank you for the bed and the gift for the little one :-).

Dreadful service. Bed arrived over 4 hours late. I had paid for it to be put together. When they left there was damage to the bed, missing parts and a right mess!
Contacted customer services via text, had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to come and sort the problem.
More mess made and excuses why it wasn’t done properly in the beginning.
No respect for my home or belongings. One of the men was sitting on my chair in the bedroom that had loads of clothes on it so everything was getting creased and dirty.
No apology given, just rude and ignorant.
NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

I highly recommend comfort sleeps, from ordering to delivery I’ve no issue or fault it was all smooth from start to finish.
The delivery drivers were fantastic, courteous, tidy and friendly and kept me up to date with delivery time and were on time.
The bed is stunning and the quality is fantastic.

I now have a decent bed that’s also stunning, after purchasing a cheaper one that was flimsy and falling apart and stressing me out, I’m glad I now have one that’s such good quality and has transformed my room.

Just received our Super king size bed today with gas lift, It’s absolutely beautiful and great communication throughout and the guys who delivered were awesome, They put the bed together for only an extra £60, We are so happy thank you Comfort beds the best bed we ever had 10/10 top company, You won’t be disappointed if you buy, Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They will fight with you to try and get more money out of you. No option to choose delivery to room of choice, only aseembly required yes or no. and they proceeded to want to block the whole entrance to the house since we made the mistake of ordering 3 beds. Then proceed to call my mother an old hag and fight with an elderly couple. Despite that my mother let them use the toilet in the house. They will dirty your new carpets and damage your ceilings and walls, since they lack common sense. Avoid as it's better to spend a bit more elsewhere than deal with the stress and headache of a lack of integrity. Good luck if you decide to go ahead. They will lack accountability and give you hell to try and "do business" but with cowboy mentality. Happy to provide pics to show the aftermath of their visit...

Our beautiful bed was delivered a few days ago, I cannot recommend this company enough they answered all of my questions promptly via WhatsApp and kept me informed on delivery times..the bed was really easy to assemble and of such high quality I couldn't be happier with it!
