I needed a new power cable for my back massager after my dog chewed through the old one. I looked online but wasn't sure if I was buying the correct item. Then discovered I could order one direct from the supplier. Item came promptly and does the job perfectly.

I purchased the massage pillow to help with my aching back. It has just arrived and I’ve used it already. The heat setting makes it really comforting so I think it’s going to help.

I was lucky enough that my mum bought me a Shiatsu Back Massager pillow for my birthday tomorrow (it arrived a day early). And, wow, what a fantastic massage it gives. I had started suffering with mild lower back ache, due to my job - and this has instantly helped it. I have also used it on my neck, which was just lovely. It is a very strong massage action but exactly what I was looking and hoping for. I've only had it for an afternoon but I predict that this will be getting daily use going forward. I understand it was also a great price.

The massage pillow is amazing!! I clicked my back and it was really painful but it really helped to ease it. You can actually hear it clicking your knots out! The heat is lovely and really relaxing. I would really recommend it.

I ordered a new cover for my massager based on the model used during my web search. While the new cover was delivered in six working days, it was similar but not identical. The on/off switch was on a different position and likewise the power cable hole.
Not ideal but I decided to keep it as I could work around the issues.

Bought the Shiatsu massage pillow as I get tension headaches and it has been amazing on my neck muscles. Love that its compact so easy to use on so many parts of the body. Lower back, neck, shoulders, hands, feet and legs!
