I’ve received today my massage pillow and I’m so pleased. I’m a florist and regularly get very tight, sore neck & shoulders. Just 10 minutes with the massage pillow and I could feel it working my knots..it was a bit painful at first (like any massage) but soon I could really relax and my neck felt more free and less stiff. I will use on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently made a purchase of Shiatsu Massage pillow. The best feature i like about the product is it can be used both at home and even in my car with the in car power adapter they have already provided. Other than that the heating function is really awesome as my neck and thighs feel very relaxed after heavy sports and gym.

I ordered the Shiatsu Massage Pillow. Works really well to loosen tight muscles and the heat function is very gentle. A couple of things I think it's useful to know - the velcro belt to which 'fits most chairs' - this means fits chairs such as kitchen, car seats and office chairs. The belt is the width of the product, so will not fit around armchairs etc. However, you don't actually need to use the belt if you don't want to and can just lean back or rest on the pillow. Also, I first tried to lie on the floor with pillow at back of neck. This was quite hard and made my neck sore for a few days, so better to just support it behind your neck when sitting upright. Dispatched and received very quickly. All in all, a good massager for the money.

Shiatsu massage cushion is amazing, a little wonder that quickly relieves back and shoulder pain.

The reason for my average review is not because the customer service was poor/ it was great. However I was advised that the product would fit and unfortunately, it doesn't. It is a replacement cover that has so much slack that my product falls about in it. If I pull the cover to where the on/off button is it works so 'technically' it is fit for purpose.

I got the Comfort Supplies CS0001 Shiatsu massager for my birthday as I sometimes get stiff shoulders and neck.

The rollers massage away the aches and heat setting is lovely.
It can feel hard going at first but like any massage, once you relax into it, it's sooooo good.
