Wish I had seen these review before ordering. Been waiting a month and a half and been apparently sitting in Cardiff for 11 days. Hoping to get money back via PayPal.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bras arrived after a hefty wait and were not as advertised and I'm a very standard size. Offered £4 as a refund and deflection after deflection email. Pop to M&S and have a stress free experience for a few £ more !!!

As others have said - ordered a bra end of June - still hasn't arrived, they said they have resent it etc - won't refund. Avoid!

I ordered at beg of July. I had regular updates it then stopped showing it had arrived in Edinburgh. I've emailed for updates and have been told we will get an update for you and then nothing. This company is a total scam unfortunately they have not given my money back. I feel totally duped by prev reviews can only assume they as written my the company and not purchasers.aTOTAL SCAM

I order a bra at the beginning of June. Initially I got regular shipping updates and then they stopped. I emailed, they set me tracking details from China, after I complained, they sent me a new tracking code which didn't work. Another email got me a new code which showed it arriving in Cambridge on 1/7/24 and nothing since. I have repeatedly asked for a refund with no response. I definitely wouldnt recommend purchasing anything from this company

Absolutely awful experience, I ordered
two bras for which I ended up paying £25 and originally were just over £20, they took over two months to get to me they were really awful they were way too small, they definitely weren't 40 D, which is the size I always buy, they were thin cheap material, when I complained I was offered a £2 refund, I said they weren't fit for purpose and sent photos and the reply I got was, I spoke to my boss and you can have £4, so unprofessional, I haven't accepted either offer, will never buy from them again, beware of this company, I've wasted £25

Disgraceful company do not buy from them it’s a scam. Been waiting over 2 months for a bra still no sight of it. The customer service is awful and they wouldn’t give a refund even though I’ve not received it. So off to trading standards and rip off Britain.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered!!! DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK! Been a month since I ordered; my bras are more well-travelled than me! They’re now in Belfast supposedly. Avoid at all costs 🤦‍♀️

Avoid at all costs. I have ordered a strapless bra from them. The size was too small so requested a refund and the information to return the product. I have now been exchanging emails with them for a week as they have only offered me a £2 refund. They even suggested I give the product to someone else whom it may fit. Clearly all the 5* reviews are fake. Extremely frustrating.

Like many others who bought the strapless bra, I am so angry at the way they have fobbed me off. The bra is way too small and has cotton threads hanging from it. Have sent messages and been offered £4 and told that is all they can offer. It said in the video, refunds would be given, but now they message it will be too much for me to send the bra back to China. On the bag it arrived in, it had a returning address in this Country, I have mentioned this several times to them but never get an answer!. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. DONT USE THEM.

Like many others I would like to give no stars. It’s a scam. Ordered 30/6/24. As yet no show. Was posted from “Buffalo”. Apparently arrived at the delivery hub destination 7 days ago. Queried it, very poor English reply, assuring me it had arrived at Edinburgh(????) and they were expediting it to Wigan! Still no show. No way is it an English company. Martin Lewis Resolver next for me. Wasn’t a fortune but money for nothing doesn’t sit well with me. AVOID. Might I also add, the 5 star reviews reek of Chinglish too.
Also, since arriving at its “destination hub” I can’t access tracking or the website as a warning now comes up telling me the site is unsafe and do not proceed!

Terrible service. Took 8 weeks for my item to arrive and when it did it was so small it didn't even fit.

Could review this product if I actually received it !!

Ordered a strapless bra, evidently the reviews are fake on social media then read these about the issue with return & refund. They're not UK based so it's jot cheap to return. I have a product that is unfit for use and fails at all levels but they refuse to refund anymore then £4 (paid £12) and keep on about the fact they don't want me to pay shipping fees. Wouldn't even budge to 50%, awful company, customer experience. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Just like all of the other reviews, disaster, useless bra, cannot wear as waaay too small, was taken in by the bombarding advertising on social media but somehow it's stopped now I've purchased, pure crap, DO NOT BUY.

Same as other reviews, I’ve ordered the strapless bra that in the videos shows it’s amazing but couldn’t be far from the truth!! Do not buy!! They are badly sized, do not cover anything let alone hold in and support!! Avoid at all costs…they advised to give them to someone else and refuse a refund or return!! £4 is the maximum compensation they offered..I just want to return and have my money back. Shocking!!!

Advertise all over social media BUT they take your money and you ever see your goods. Pretty professional emails and advertising : but complete scammers

I ordered a strapless bra! Should have known better, size is way too small, quality questionable. Even if it fitted, l doubt it would have stayed put regardless of the video to promote it! Have emailed, and was told they would give me a refund £2!! Requested refund, to be given the most complicated instructions, and pay postage. Do not use this site, absolute waste of money!!

Ordered a strapless bra, nothing like advertised, waited over a month, requested to cancel order before I received it they refused. Received it shocking! Nothing like what was advertised, wrongly sized, quality is appalling. Email as soon as received for return details and just said send proof of delivery packaging which I did, and then they said that sending back would cost me and rather than doing so they would give me £2 compensation - absolute joke!! avoid at all costs

I have been waiting since the beginning of June and I still do not have this. The tracking seems to change in a way that it's not the same place, I cannot get a refund, I cannot change it, I cannot cancel it. I would not approve of anyone getting anything from this company in usa. almost 2 months still don't have it....
