Ordered bras on the 9th of may never recieved items wouldn't order again from here luckily I got refunded by my card company

DO NOT USE ordered the bra 8th of May still waiting just been told my post office lost the parcel and they want more money to send again. PLEASE AVOID !!!! Wish I checked out the company before I wasted my money

Ordered a strapless bra May 13th still hasn't arrived. Although it says comfy-beau.co.uk it is actually coming from America!
No response from emails.......Good job I paid via Paypal!
Avoid ordering from these.

Purchased bra's and the size ordered was 38E and they won't even fit a 34C, I waited over a month for these, won't give a refund told me to give them away

I would have given nil stars. Bought bra on 29th May. Still waiting. Poor customer service. Been told being despatched. One email states in the UK and tracking now shows China !!!! I have asked for refund
No reply. Think I’ve been scammed !!!

Do Not order from this company. Ordered the strapless bras. They took forever to arrive and when they did the fitting was completely wrong. There is no return address on the website so you to email them. They offer £2, £4, or £6 as goodwill as they sent the correct item. On the website it clearly says you can return any item you are not satisfied with and it’s risk free and yet refuse to give a return address.

Order placed on the 7th June no order no update I didn’t realize it was coming from America as it’s called “Comfy Beau UK”
Will be requesting a refund but by looks of it don’t expect getting anything back

Do not buy from them!!! You are waiting ages for the order and then you will get wrong size! I'm emailed them for sending me prepay envelope and still waiting for reply. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Ordered a 34F bra looks more like a 32C so no use to me and still waiting for a reply email 😡

Do not purchase from this company.
Biggest load of con artists out. Cannot sort correct UK sizes, not a UK company. Nothing but excuses and passing the blame. Do not deal with them,if you value your money and time.

Ordered for my holiday but didn't recieve until I got back. Shockingly poor customer service, I asked for a refund as the bras are not the size they say they are and have been going back and forth with them for 5 days to resolve, still no further forward. They won't allow me to return, offered me £2 compensation and I can keep the bras that ill be unable to wear. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering a strapless bra from this so called company. Ordered the beginning of May ready for my holiday in June. Back from my holiday and still no bra! Emailed 3 times and just telling me it's in transit. Also asking me to confirm my address. SCAMMERS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful, the bra is nowhere near the size it should be and trying to get a refund is near on impossible. The quality is really poor please do not purchase!!

Been waiting so long for the delivery and still not received it I’ve actually come to terms with the fact I’m never going to get them! Tried contacting and get told it’s it transit, nothing takes this long. Would not recommend as it’s a waste of time and money

Do not buy from this company strapless bras no where near the size they say asked for refund got offered £2 and keep bras what part do they not understand they do not fit no use to me very poor quality too

How do you send the bras back completely not sized properley

Order strapless bras from this company. Only just received them today after ordering 18 May. Their customer service is awful, just kept telling me to be patient. They are extremely poor quality. Have reported this to Paypal and raised a case against them. Hopefully they can get my money back. Never buy anything from this company

Don’t buy, strapless bra no where near the correct size I ordered ! Offered me £2 refund lucky enough paid through PayPal , but I have to return it to china at my cost !! Fuming 🤬
