The sizing is very peculiar. No adherence to U.S industry standards. It was intensely uncomfortable. I don't need or want "the girls" to be under my chin. The bra is supposedly designed for seniors which is wildly unrealistic. The hooks are buried so deep in the fabric-it was almost impossible to get them hooked together. In addition to the peculiar sizing and difficulty getting it on- is that the shipping is extremely slow and, having to return the item was an absolute landslide of B.S. If your not tech savvy-you will not be able to return it. (A lot of downloading of pictures was required) I did not enjoy trying to communicate with an AI Bot. What I found particularly slimy was a flurry of partial refund offers instead of accepting the return. All you Senior ladies out there...you'll do better shopping elsewhere.

This company is dubious. Cancellations are not processed. It could be that this is fraud. I will have to get a lawyer involved.

Received a bra 3 weeks after ordering.

Wrong size Received. Emailed to ask for correct size and to arrange a return. Was told I would have to pay for the return.

I'm having to make a return due to their error not mine.

This bra is beautiful. Good quality fabric but the cup size are small. Luckily I was able to sell it to a young lady and she loves the way it smooths the underarm and the back roll. It saved me from sending it back.

If I could give them a minus I would! Horrendous lack of customer service.
I ordered one black and one nude bra, only the nude arrived! When I e mailed them they said 2 were sent which is untrue as package was sealed and weight showed only one was in package. Eventually managed to get them to send the 2nd bra which should have been black, received another nude one! Now won't answer my emails.

I ordered 3 bras using the size guide!! I now have 3 bras that are far too small and my boob heavily bulges out the front and side’s! Won’t give me a full refund as they keep saying I got what I ordered! Absolutely disgusting and they are only fit for the bin avoid at all costs

I bought three bras at £34,98. I noticed a pending charge for £43.18 and cancelled the order immediately. They said they could not locate the order but processed it after I had told them twice I had cancelled it. Then they said it couldn’t be cancelled because they had shipped it - after me telling them twice to cancel it. They have refused six requests to refund me. I have raised a dispute with my bank which is pending.

Keep getting fobbed off with them saying they'll get the transit company to update.
Now in the process of a section 75 with my credit card company

Ordered bra 28th December 2021 ... nothing received .
Fobbed of by staycomfy and the tracking has gone quiet ....... DONT BUY AT ANY COST ....AND HOPEFULLY NO MORE PEOPLE WILL BE RIPPED OFF .

I haven’t even received the bras I ordered for my daughter in the 30th Dec 2021
I keep getting automated replies and templates responses saying they are sorry for the inconvenience!!!
I am disgusted and please do not even look at their website as clearly from the reviews I am seeing those that have received the bras say they are rubbish and do not fit properly.
Has anyone been able to get their money back ?

This company is an absolute disgrace. How they are allowed to trade is beyond me. Sizing is way off and their customer service is appalling.
Don’t wasted your time or money in this company as they certainly don’t care about the customer! The sooner they stop trading the better!!

Absolutely awful! It is nowhere near the size it’s suppose to be, I ordered a 44 two sizes up from my norm and the cups are more like a 34! I’ve been emailing the company who keep insisting it’s the right size and even suggested I give it as gift!!!! They say they will refund but only if I send it back at my own cost which they stated would be more that the bra cost!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolute trash!!! I wish I had read the reviews online before getting suckered into buying the 'pretty bras'. The band width is fine but the actual cup wouldn't make a decent home for our robins!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Absolute waste of money….. went by advice given to others that are my bra size, they arrived in good time.
Cup size doesn’t match the back size.
As others have said no refund possible.

Really bad sizing must be a good 3 sizes smaller than what they should be. And they wont refund as nothing wrong apparently

RETURNS POLICY IS LAUGHABLE.
Like so many here, I wish I had stuck to my usual rule not to order from the phone and check out reviews first. That will teach me! I was swept up in the glossy videos they publish. Perhaps they could let me know who they got those bras from so I can contact them, but they're definitely not the same as what I received!
Eventually...Not sure that these will even be of any use to a charity shop. They won't fit anyone over the age of 12.

If only I had looked at reviews before ordering. Have tried to contact company (quite a few times) to get a larger size as could not get bra past my shoulders but have had no reply. Total waste of money for me as a pensioner. Charity shop will benefit. Please be warned.

My order of comfy bras arrived within time scale but currently can only see through sealed zip lock bag which if broken invalidates return.policy crazy!!!. Unfortunately missed seeing previous reviews & worth noting no return information provided so Im not hopeful of getting money back but hey charity shop can benefit. Steer clear

Have to agree with earlier review. Had I read their return policy would never have ordered. Money down the drain

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY absolute rubbish bras, the poorest quality all round. Arrive in a zipped bag with a seal that you need to break to see the garment, then you can't return the rubbish they send you!
