I ordered 1 Xbox of knee pads at £14.99 within minutes of ordering I realised they had charged me 2 x payments of £31.85 and £48.70 I immediately cancelled the whole order which in total was £80.55, which was taken from my PayPal account, I spoke to pay pal the same day and raised a dispute, I always use PayPal as I considered it was safer, how wrong was I, a box arrived with 10 x boxes and I have sent the company 4x emails requesting the return email address, to date it has not arrived, do not order from this company as it appears now this is a common practice they do, send and charge much more than you have ordered. Also am very dissapointed with pay pal as they are saying because these have arrived they can do nothing about it, I'm furious and have contacted action fraud regarding this company's dealings,

Just moved to the local area and was in need of an oven and tumble dryer ,I found comfyhome outlet on face book and reached out ,the description was bang on and I had them delivered the same day .
Absolute bargains everything worked as described and very friendly owners ,I will definitely use again thank you

It's the same scam. Just don't believe the rewies. It could'd be 50 percent 5 star and 50 precent 1 star
I also have bad experiences with Comfy Homes, they have delayed the delivery telling that FACTORY WAS CLOSED !!! And keep promising .... Don't trust please. ALSO the TRUSTPILOT !!!!!!

I ordered two mirrored pictures at £138 each, i received the cocktail glass one but not the other one my order number is 2500014761, the last email I received from was 10/11/22 stating upon checking order it was showing under despatchment but still not received i have sent email after email but they bounce back my orders were for our new home could someone please help find my order I am currently off work with a trapped nerve is someone could contact me by telephone thank you

I’m going to have a very informative bad review for this company in the coming months, I’d advise any customers to be very carful when dealing with these people, they’re not honest at all.

Companies who sell via the Klarna platform shouldn’t be considered genuine just because they’re attached to a multi billion pound company, in my experience, the more money a company has, the less genuine and honest they are - This is the case with comfy homes.

I’m open to comfy homes disputing this review, I have file on my usb stick full of evidence of the crafty behaviour you’ve acted out.

All I’ll say for now is last year June - the comfy homes trust pilot reviews had 2 stars, there was a customer saying back then he had to pay £160 to send back broken defective furniture sent by comfy homes at his own expense, CH didn’t want to foot the bill for their own mistakes.

I’m very familiar with companies and individuals who pay for good reviews via trust pilot, I’m talking so called reputable companies!

Imagine a company as genuine as Comfy homes who have a phone number attached to their google website, but it just doesn’t and never has worked as it should.

I’ve dealt with people like these many times before now successfully.

After a terrible experience with Metropolitan Plumbing installing a new hot water system my experience with Comfy Homes was the polar opposite. Excellent customer service with Jane constantly emailing & phoning me to sort out best reverse cycle units. The tradesman were polite & friendly cleaned up afterwards, attached the remotes to the walls for me, took away all the rubbish. Competitive prices too. I couldn’t be happier !!

This man has defrauded lots of people under the guise of comfy homes.

If you paid via credit card contact your bank under a section 75, and the bank has joint liability.

I am now aware that i’m not the only one experiencing the same problem with this company, I urge every person that has the same problem to contact the police and file a dispute because there is no other way of getting through to this company, I don’t know if we will get our money back though

I paid for the 1st Klarna installment and lost £86, the payment plan is currently paused, klarna says to contact the store to locate the items how can I when I cannot even locate THE COMPANY.

I usually check reviews of companies before placing any order online and I didn’t just this once, so I got the consequences for not doing so.

As others mentioned, their emails are returned and undeliverable, their website is down and cannot get through to their telephone number

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

UPDATE: finally found them on companies house under UK FURNISHING LTD its the same address shown on google if you search Comfy Homes. Shows they’re still Active. Current director is Muhammad Hussain

Contacted Klarna, they’re only making things longer, so i’m trying to get through from my bank instead

Honestly no one deserves this

Have tried to contact the company but all e mails are returned, its says the e mail is disabled, i have called and cannot get an answer,, have been In touch now with klarna

This company is not to be trusted.
Ordered a dining table set 8/11/22, and paid 1st installment of payment same day through their recommended finance company at 0% credit.
They confirmed they would deliver 2-4 weeks maximum.
Now at 5/12/22 and cannot get an answer either by numerous phone calls and emails regarding delivery status.
Have checked their reputation on trust pilot to find the same complaint over and over.
Have now reported this to Fraud dept and dispute dept at our bank and have blocked any further payments being taken.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I ordered a table from them that never turned up. The phone rings but noone andwers, now their email address keeps coming up as address disabled. I was lucky as i got my money back from my bank within a few minutes of me making a frayd claim against them

Purchased a wardrobe for £670. They emailed saying none in stock and mentioned refund. Over 2 months later and no sight of the money. Avoid at all costs. Rogue Traders.

We bought a corner sofa we were kept up to date with the delivery process at all times . The sofa is good quality we’re very happy with the product , delivery team we’re very professional quick above and beyond.

Shocking company, ordered a dining table 8 weeks and paid in full, emailed 3 times over the last week to chase an update with no response. They have a contact number which I have called several times and is never answered.

Ordered online have waited 8 weeks for my delivery phone number keeps ending last email was 7 weeks ago no reply to recent emails

Stay well clear, I emailed to find out the stock of an item and told it was in, then after ordering it 2 weeks later they told me it had been discontinued, trying to get a refund had been a nightmare and 3 weeks later still waiting, legal proceedings next.
