I recently furnished part of my home…

I recently furnished part of my home with this store and I’m honestly so impressed. From the first consultation to delivery, everything felt professional, organized, and very good price. Thank you guys!

AVOID.

Avoid at all costs. Shocking service and rude staff we cant honour their word. Made an order they sent damaged stock, contacted them. They sent a driver to my house at 1am with replacement which was also damaged because they think its acceptable to deluver at 1am, then driver starting getting loud in my property and outside because his over worked. Contacted them again but was told to hire a car and return the item. If you value service and honesty avoid this company, read a review made by their own staff to try trick people into believing they offer great service. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We are genuinely surprised by this review, as it does not reflect the full picture of what happened.

When you first contacted us regarding minor blemishes, we immediately asked for photos and arranged a replacement at no cost to you. We did this as a gesture of goodwill, even though the marks shown were minimal and within acceptable manufacturing tolerance.

A second table was delivered free of charge. Despite this, you raised further concerns. At that stage, we offered you the option to return the table for a full refund, which is the fairest and most reasonable solution any retailer can provide.

Regarding delivery timing, we acknowledge there was a delay on that particular evening due to traffic and earlier deliveries overrunning. However, we remained committed to resolving your issue and completed the exchange rather than postponing it for days.

At no stage did we refuse to resolve the matter. In fact, we:
• Arranged a free replacement
• Covered delivery
• Offered a full refund

We always stand by our products and treat customers fairly. Many of our customers appreciate our quality and service, which is reflected in our other reviews.

We wish you all the best and remain open to resolving matters in a reasonable way.
