Comfy Trainers 

Ordered a pair of “Comfy” Trainers in November 2020. Never arrived. Sent x 4 emails chasing. Did get a response each time stating they would arrive but delay due to Covid. I too wished I’d searched for these reviews before ordering.
Clearly a massive Scam

Ordered two pairs of trainers on 1st December 2020 .received one pair on Dec 23rd . Other pair on the way apparently. It is now April 26th 2021 been fobbed off every time I email them . All I get is this is delay is due to covid. What a load of bull I suggest you never buy anything from this company its a bloody con

My friend ordered trainers in Nov which never arrived and no one is responding to queries. A closer look at the website shows it has been clumsily made in WordPress and has a Facebook interface to hook in more unsuspecting people. I believe this is a front for a scam please avoid.

Ordered some trainer boots in December, still waiting mid March!!!
Been told 'They are in transit for 2 months and they won't give me a refund until they arrive!!!!

Wrong size trainers received. Order correct, they just sent the size below.
Three months on and countless messages, stalemate.
They will not send the shoes I ordered or refund me or even credit my account for the cost of returning the shoes to China - estimated at €30.
I'm not paying €70 for something that is advertised as €40.

Paid for some trainers 14th Dec. Recieved nothing. When asked a question got fobbed of. I dont think they ever had stock. Shocking company, keep well away. They are a disgrace. Looks like i have lost my money

Wish I'd had the foresight to look at these reviews before I ordered what I hoped to be a Christmas gift on the 20th November. Still waiting, no tracking details given, only excuses about delivery through Covid. I asked for a refund and was told they won't do this after 24 hours of ordering, but I can return the goods for a refund after I receive them....assuming I ever do!
Steer clear people!

I put in an order two months ago for three items. After six weeks and a number of emails to find out where my order was, one of the three items arrived. They were supposed to be a well-known brand of trainers, but I’m pretty sure they were fakes. I’d like to return them, but can’t get any response from the company. I still haven’t received the rest of the order, despite further emails. They have no phone number on their website and wish I’d looked for that before ordering. I’m now going to pursue them for a full refund via the Courts.

Worst company ever! I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS for my order and still nothing. They’ve taken my money and now just keep fobbing me off with excuses when I email them for an update. Very unprofessional. Would never use them again or recommend anyone else to use them either..

Beware of this company, my wife saw a pair of trainers being advertised as skechers. I became suspicious as the trainers did not have the skechers branding and secondly the huge discount (if it is too good to be true it generally is). I then looked up the address on Google to find that it is a residential house which made me even more suspicious. I then contacted skechers and they have responded saying it is not their product and will be taking legal action.
