Crappy clothes do not buy The clothing is worse than terrible. Poorly made, awful fabrics and nothing like the images. The sizing is incorrect and it is just awful. On their website they show a picture of a nicely made garment and when you open the package, NOTHING about it remotely resembles what you saw in the picture. To make matters i wanted to return it i went on their help site and i found this number of the company is ⁹¹⁹⁹³⁹

Like so many, I was deeply disappointed by my experience with this company. Not only were the products, by and large, shoddy, but customer service was a laugh.

First, they do not stand by their products. I ordered a size "plus small" top to wear over layers but they sent me a regular small (as indicated by both the packaging label and the tag in the top). They told me I would have to mail it back to China ($$$) if I wanted a replacement. Or they said I could have a small percentage of my purchase price back and they advised me to use the money to alter the item to my taste. How I could ever "alter" a top from a small to a plus size is beyond me.

Second, they were very slow in delivery. Some of the items I ordered in November were still being delivered in February. Not the place to buy your holiday gifts!

Third, materials are very poor quality. The scarves especially were not well made, the material is scratchy and synthetic seeming, and they did not resemble the online images.

The only items I was glad to have bought were two pairs of fingerless gloves. Not great material (thin) but charming. I will not be buying from this company again, and frankly, I will not be buying items from China on line again.

I ordered 2 different shirts from Comfyplan adverised as cotton. #1. They took a long time to get here. #2. They are definitely not made of cotton!!! They are made of some sort of synthetic material that doesn't breath. #3. When I repeatedly emailed the company, I never received a reply. #4 The sizes of the shirts were way off. False advertising and terrible customer service.

So, hindsight is 20 20. I looked at reviews after I placed my order. Lesson learned. Having said that I wasn’t surprised at the lack of quality when I received the 2 tops I ordered. Yuck. Rather than haggle with the company they will go directly to Goodwill.

They might start with offering 10% back, maybe even 15%. I sent all of my crap items back, to CHINA mind you, and they will not refund my money. It cost me $75 to send back but I wanted to get my $150 spent, back. It is clear from the many many emails, they never intend to refund money. It is a scam. Do NOT waste your money, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This place is a scam do not order from them. Have not received my order or a refund been waiting since Oct 2020

I got suckered! Materials are nothing like the lovely pictures on line! Do not fall into this trap!

Disgusting. Did not ship my order. Even told PayPal they didn’t ship my order and offered me a discount if I didn’t cancel. Now they are saying I received it. I am out money. They say the shipments are delayed due to Covid and I feel the scam is to draw out the process long enough where you have no appeal power through your payment method. Gross “business.”

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Please DO NOT buy from this website. Typical scam from China. To make matters worse, their posted Return and Exchange Policy states one thing but when you write to the company to actually return the item they "happen to mention" that their return center is located in China, that you have to pay for the return fees and any Customs Fees. NOWHERE does it say this on their posted Return and Exchange Policy, which I bothered to read before making the purchase. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card. But PLEASE don't fall in this trap yourself. Big time scammers!

I had a terrible experience. The pants I ordered were way too big and didn't look at all like the picture. The day I received the order I immediately email customer service to set up an exchange/refund; they ignored several emails before a month later finally replying and saying that because I was after the 15 day window of purchase, I could not return or exchange. Totally ridiculous.

Waiting more than 3 month. No answere of question. Horrible quality.

False advertising includes the photographs of items and descriptions.

They are delivering inferior knock offs of other designer products.

They told me that the 15 day return window was over and that they would not give me a refund. I argued that they did not deliver what I ordered but they took the money and hid.

If I could remove stars I would. Terribly produced clothing. Fabric is horrible. Return policy is a total scam. You have to pay to return items to China and you have to pay customs or they offer you a 15% refund.

Green Sweater with the flowers is not how it appears in the ads. The flowers are painted on and are scratchy. Yuck.
I'm changing my rewiew since wearing my sweater everyone gives me complements and once I washed it the smell went away and the flowers softend. Not so bad after all.

If there was a negative number to use I would. I have received 1 item out of 7 that I ordered back in September. I keep getting emails saying items are being shipped separately and that some items haven't even been shipped. We are all in tough times and to get screwed over by some company is just wrong!! Karma!!!

I purchased a sweater from Comfyplan and I have not heard a word regarding shipping. I wrote them three times and received no response. I am at angry about taking the chance and loosing the money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was offered to download an app when I made the initial purchase that supposedly tracks shipping, but I was reluctant not knowing much about the company. I didn't want to get hacked so I wrote and asked for written updates. I got no response. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Super super bad quality items. False advertisement with those pictures that they have in their website.
