This place is a total ripoff. I ordered two large size shirts. They sent two Extra-Large shirts. They refuse to refund my money unless I pay to send the shirts I didn't order back to them.

DAYLIGHT THIEVES !

AFTER A VERY LONG TIME THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE. I HAVE LEFT THEM PHONE MESSAGES AND WRITTEN EMAILS FOR THE PAST WEEK SO THEY CAN CORRECT THE MISTAKE.

I HAVE NOT HAD ONE RESPONSE !

i WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THEM AS ONE STAR IF THE OPTION WAS THERE.

I still click on their pop up ads every single time. Not to cost them ad money but because I want to see if they have any new shirt designs I can't live without.

CROOKS...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I ORDERED ONE SHIRT AND IT WAS NEVER SENT. FOUR MONTHS AGO. IT'S A SCAM.

Received the wrong shirts. Tried to communicate with them but got no response for over a month. Took it up with my CC Company. Comfy Shirt requested I send the shirts back but please read their website. It has to be within 30 days. So now I am out the shirts plus original purchase price plus shipping to return the wrong shirts. What a scam...next step is to take it up with Instagram where I purchased them. Stay away...far away!

I received a shirt that was totally different than the one pictured when I ordered it. While the shirt I received is a nice shirt, it is not one I would have purchased. Customer service told me they would ship the correct shirt to me but they never did and now they have quit responding to me.

If the 99% of the previous reviews have not convinced you that this is NOT a business you want to deal with, then , there's no sense in me adding anything else. PLEASE, for your own peace of mind, do not do business with these smoes!!!!

All other reviews are spot on. ..I've been exchanging email with their "customer service team" for the last week and one half. All I get in return is another email from a different person saying the same thing and offering the same discount on future offers. I am done and will be filing a complaint
With the Attorney Generals Office with the State where they direct you to return their merchandise. I would suggest others with unresolved issues with Comfy do the same.

This company is a SCAM! Do not buy, I repeat do not buy! This company is a SCAM!

I have to say this is a joke I waited for over 6 weeks to receive what I can only say is rubbish I opened the parcel looked at what they has send and placed it in the bin where they belong. If you receive a positive review of this company I would be verry suspicious $ 30.00 down the drain.

I ordered two shirts from Comfy. I was disappointed in the poor quality of the fabric and the workmanship. I washed them and hung them to dry and they shrunk two sizes. I wrote five bad reviews and not one is on their site. I sent them an email requesting a refund and they said I can ship them back and they'll replace them. Frankly, I don't even want them as they are terrible.In order to ship them I had to send them to their location in Canada at a cost of $18.00. Now I'm angry and would like to spread the word to beware. This is a good place to start. Do not buy!

Giving them one star is way over rating this total crap company. I got ashirt labeled 5X . This is going to be way to big! The shirt was so small that a chimpanzee couldn't have got it on. Crappy quality too like that makes a difference.

Not worthy of even one star! The ads and photos looked great, so i ordered one henley shirt to try them out. The shirt was 3 weeks arriving and obliviously direct from China. I don't believe they have a US warehouse. The shirt was the wrong size and color as ordered. The quality is terrible, loose and uneven stitching. The tag only says xxxl, no Comfy shirts label no country or origin, not even "made in China" anywhere on the shirt. It does not feel like 100% cotton as advertised. I attempted via email, as the site instructs, to return the shirt for credit or exchange and never got a response. This shirt goes in the rag bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible!!!!

Cannot remove an item from a cart. Shipping ads will say free and never show thus in a cart. % off items never show as such in the cart. Went to Contact Us and email to info @ - Page was a 409 (no good) called a 1-833 number and it went to a voice mail to leave a message. Not sure if business is in China or what. An address shows Buffalo NY. My advice to anyone is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ditto all of the other unfavorable reviews! I hate to even click on one star. The shirt took 2 months to receive, was too small, thin fabric, not what I ordered, and poor customer service. I was able to return the shirt (I had to pay shipping), but instead of refunding my money, they gave me a gift card to buy more merchandise! I do not ever want to buy anything from this rip-off company again.

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 shirts in June and it took months for them to arrive. Poor customer service representatives and response time when I inquired about where my items were. No response! Finally my shirts arrived in August and they were not the correct size or the items that I ordered. I have emailed Comfy shirts demanding a return label and refund so I can send these back and have still yet to hear back from them. It's currently September and this issue has not been resolved and they simply have taken my money.

never buy from them. It took 1 1/2 months to get my order. They do not respond to your emails or phone calls. It is not worth the effort. They do not care about their customers, only the money

If I could leave zero rating I would. The tshirts are terrible quality, cheap fabric and I'll fitting. Waste of money

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. The sizes I received were not the sizes I ordered. The shirts are clearly advertised a "Cotton" - they are labelled 65% Polyester. I will be taking this up with PayPal.

They tout their excellent customer service on the website, but do not be duped! My shirt was not the shirt I ordered and it was too small for the size I ordered. They did not respond for my return request until I filed a claim with paypal, Then the emails started coming. But just 24 hours before having to extend my claim, they still did not refund my money. I extended the claim at paypal and was denied because paypal said I did not have my tracking number of the return. (I did). When I called paypal directly, they said it was because the Comfy Shirts address did not match. They must have multiple addresses within the US. They finally approved my refund, but stay away from this company and good luck dealing with the dispute process at paypal. It’s a joke.
