Comgrow sent me a non working printer with tons of issues. They not once provided any warrenty services that they lied about being thru the manufacturer, and they also claimed they would upgrade my printer when it was lost in shipping taking them over a month to replace . They then sent the non working machine I received and still wont fix it . They said they would send me another identical printer with no warranty and that just sounds like a way to send another non working printer .

This company is the worst. They try everything in their power not to repair a machine. That is under factory warranty. You cannot speak to anybody with this company. Please do not buy anything from this company. The creality is the printer 3d printer. K 1 max is the model. Don't buy unless you are ready to work...
These machines have issues issues that you better be good at tinkering to take small parts apart. The whole printer head to replace heating elements repeatedly place extruder motors with no support none.. Don't buy this company's equipment

Products are cheaply built, 'support' is a runaround department

Officially Creality warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. USELESS.
The machine failed very early in the warranty period. Had to struggle to get ANY kind of resolution.
2 replacement offering dates have been missed and I suspect the promise of some kind of resolution was nothing more than words on a computer screen.
I am now completely certain that this is a company I will pass along as worthless, cannot be trusted or recommended.
Thanks for wasting my time.

Ordered a refurbished 3D Ender 5 Pro. Looks brand new, however the Display Screen and Extruder mechanism were missing from the box. The only way to contact them is via email. I think they only answer select emails once a week. After about 3 days I got a response to my email at 2AM my time, they asked for pictures and a copy of shipping label. I sent them right away. Been several days and no response yet.

Total trash! Half assed products with NO Customer service to help make this trash work.. It's like this crap was designed by a 10-year-old with ADD. Shouldn't have to bounce from website to website just to make this trash work.

Printer looking good, practically like brand new, except one scratch on the case over the sd card slot, but this does not affect the operation of the printer. I tried different filaments and the print is very good. I am very pleased with the purchase

Purchased a refurbishment Comgrow Z1 and other than some minor adjustment it works perfectly. Also purchased the large enclosure, the rotary, and air pump. All work as described although the rotary required a little adjustment. Looking forward to purchasing the camera in the near future. Still learning the Lightburn software in order to use the Z2 to its full potential.

We do many engravings and sign work. My machines all all stretched versions so we can have a large work area. We purchased the 20w add on for our OLM3 since they are nowhere near a release of their own. We needed the extra power for one and two the need to keep the performance of the same size beam for engraving (and also poor customer support from OLM). This add on covered both of our needs! If/when Comgrow comes out with a stretched frame, I so far can say it may be in our future. We have a smaller laser 400x400 and use the comgrow enclosure too it's also great! We like the addition of the remote power switch we have moved it to a position outside of our custom enclosure. It makes it even safer incase of any problems. It burns clean, cuts very well and engraves on MDF, maple, oak, pine, acacia and slate very well. Of course you need to get quality materials for your work but having a great laser is the backbone of any business. It's affordable and just engraves beautifully. The only real cons I have are this, the window to see the laser is very small. It would have been nice to have a larger view since it makes it a little difficult to frame and second, the directions were not quite clear for assembly onto another manufacturer frame but with a little thought it is possible to figure it out. Very good laser at an affordable price! If we could add photos of my engraves, we would gladly show you them.

I am happy with the machines I bought. They are returns and I know I am taking a risk of getting something really screwed up but there has only been one machine where the screen wasn't provided. Not a big deal...they are cheap. Definitely worth it.

I have ordered three separate items from Comgrow, a laser rotary axis, laser air assist kit, and a laser enclosure. All items were shipped quickly, and are exactly what I desired. The air assist kit has different nozzles, so it fits most common LED lasers. All items are good value.

I recently purchased the Large Honeycomb Bed, Lightburn Camera Arm, and Large Laser Enclosure from Comgrow. It was just what I needed to complement the laser I recently purchased. The only complaint I had was an issue with the camera, but Comgrow’s customer service department has been quick to work through the issue with me.

Unbelievable price on creality printers, I've bought 2 *amazon returns ender 3 and I have no complaints, the buying process is simple and shipping speed is on par.
I will be buying more 😌

I ordered 3 printers from them, all were in stock and ready to ship from their us warehouse. After waiting 7 days with no word of wether they shipped, I sent an email asking when they would. I was sent back an email say we don’t have printers of good quality and to wait a few more days. On day 10 I did a PayPal refund request to them, that they responded again give us a few days, to my next response asking again to not ship the items as I didn’t want them any more, they responded with, we shipped 2 machines. When asked where the third was they ignored me. So at this point we’ll see what I even get in the mail, and when the third unit will even ship or if they’ll even ship the third unit. This is a shady company that hangs on to your money for as long as possible while you the customer get your product eventually. New edit, they did ship 2 machines waiting on the refund for the third. Both machines looked like they had been thrown in the boxes with a shovel and then had bubble wrap placed on top. Both had deliberate tampering, one having the firmware deleted, and one that had the thermistor wire loosens off so the heat block wouldn’t settle in to constant heat. Both printers had items printed on them due to the print shapes imprinted on the bed. But both showed up with issues that would have never allowed them to print anything.

Ordered a refurbished Z1 Engraver. According to their site they say these are 30 day returns and have been gone thru and tested. Received a phone call from a person that received a shipping label from Comgrow to send me his defective printer, that he told them had a few issues, including a bad head unit. So Comgrow told him to pass the bad unit and just ship it to me. What a horrible business practice. We'll see how well their customer service is because I plan to return this unit back to Comgrow and file a dispute with Paypal. I would expect Comgrow to reach out to me and make this right, without hassle and then maybe I'll change my review.

They hid my(and presumably others) 1* review after sending me an open box unit with the x and z axis missing, and a significant number of other parts.

Order through a third party with actual customer service if at all

I was expecting a new 3D printer but I received a box of bricks instead.

I would stay well away from comgrow.

I received a printer that I bought in the Black Friday sale, saving £50 which i thought was a great deal.

The printer arrived but it was all loose. If you check out their website it shows you how they test and pack the equipment which all look great.

Mind arrived and when I opened it everything inside was loose and there were parts missing. it had no packaging in the lower part everything was just rattling about including the electronics.

Their customer support on Facebook was rude and would not help unless I tried to assemble the printer and tell them the parts that were missing. The cable, filament holder and several screws were missing to start with, and I was not about to spend hours putting it together and then sending them details for them to send out the parts.

Here is a video of how the box arrived and the response from their customer support on facebook. They have now stopped answering me on facebook and told me to email them and when i do they ignore it. Luckily i paid via paypal and have raised a dispute but I didnt want the hassle. @Comgrow3D Terrible customer service .

Also notice the fake 5* reviews mostly only 1 review and obviously fake to try and boost their ratings.

Good machine other than a bad laser horrible service they beat around the bush and I was very dissatisfied!!!
