Dressers bought completaly diferent.
Dessign, kind of cotton texture.In pintures showed as elegant and in real are like horrible dresses that you never buy. This web is a scam!

The item was too small and they refused to send me a larger size, just sent me the same dress back by refusing to accept my return package. Definitely a scam company.

Please don’t shop from this company.
I placed an order about 2 months ago now and I just received it about one week ago. I purchased a dress for my mother and what we received was a totally different dress. Different print , fabric and the quality of this other dress looked cheap, its not even a dress I could actually keep or use ! Not even to wear to clean around my house . I’ve tried emailing the company and no one response. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I paid 27.45 for the actual dress and plus the 12.85 for shipping not worth it , please save your money. Wish I could share the pictures of what I actually ordered vs. what I got .

I ordered 3 items. Received 2 of them - poor quality. The third never arrived. Couldn't contact them, no emails answered. This company is a scam - don't buy from them.

This company is a scam... I bought several outfits and never received my package!!! When you try to track.... it wants you to sign up for something, don't do it!!!

Horrible experience returning my wrong size order. I order S size, they sent it me 2XL 🥹 I’ll tried to contact them… never respond . Awful

I ordered 3 dresses, I need to return 2 of them. I have emailed them the day that my package was delivered, and no response! I have emailed them several times since, I wish I would have read their reviews! Live and learn!

I bought a dress which had a major fault in the print of the material and tried to get either a refund or an exchange. I followed the service instructions as stated by the site and was completely ignored. I emailed twice and had no reply and no help both times. I’m now stuck with a crappy dress that I can’t wear. Definitely “Buyer Beware” for this store! I won’t be ordering from these guys ever again

Damn I wish I had read these reviews FIRST before I ordered!!! ;( absolute SCAMMERS the clothes are actually the worst I've EVER bought online, pieces of material thrown together with threads hanging off I wouldn't even call it a dress.. They are SO BAD..... I've emailed them now 8 times to return NO REPLY I want my money back!!!! I'm so angry...... 😢

Ordered 2 sweaters on 11/27 that looked attractive on the website. Sweaters arrived with threads coming from several seams. Merchandise is cheaply made. WORST part is they claim they take returns and provide an e-mail address to request a return that they do not answer after 3 separate e-mails. Obvious SCAM. I purchased through PayPal and will notify PayPal this is a SCAM operation that claims returns are accepted but they do not respond.

The fabric is not a cotton/ linen, it looks nothing like the picture, the fit is disgusting, what a terrible waste of money! No response to complaints. Thieves and liars don't waste your money

BUYER BEWARE! Scam - terrible, just terrible. Clothes are cheap and you can't reach customer service for a return. I've tried 6 times to reach them - no response or get a service error message.

Don't deserve 1 - surely sites like this need to be taken off our social media as total SCAMMERS - crap outfit received absolutely nothing like I ordered and unwrarable
Material so cheap and nasty. They spend a lot on models and marketing and that's it. None of the online submissions work and no emails ever answered.

I'll be putting the wrong outfit sent in a clothing bin and will be ringing bank fraud teams and social media etc to complain about this site

BEWARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

I just got screwed over by cominbuy.com what a crock. THey charged my bank credit card twice and i am asking for a return label to get a different size and they are not answering. I have been sending numerous emails with no assistance or reply?

Zero stars and zero recommendation. Late delivery. Misdescribed, wrong items and wrong sizes. No return address or phone number. No reply to emails rejecting the goods.

I'm so stubborn, I shouldn't believe it, but I bought this garbage anyway. It is not linen, the finish and material looks like a hospital gown. Horrible, don't buy this crap.

As many here have stated, this company is a total scam. I ordered several dresses and blouses in good faith. What I received was not made out of the material shown in the photos, and which claimed to be "cotton blend" or "linen blend", or the like, but looked like pure cotton, linen, or very good quality rayon in the multiple photographs for each item.
When the stuff arrived it was made out silk-screened cheap lining material, or the flimsiest and lowest quality fabric I have ever seen in all my life. Yuck!
Also, I received several weird emails saying to call a number, contact the delivery co. etc., because there was a "shipping problem". Went to the provided link and it had no information about who shipped or how to contact anyone.
Further, most of the merchandise that comes in up in google searches is on sale so their return policy indicates it is not returnable.
All these quasi-legal scams are to cover their rip-off operation. Thanks to SiteJabber and TrustPilot whose pages give some of the things consumers can do in these cases of fraud, I called PayPal and they opened an official complaint with the company and blocked their PayPal account immediately, and will walk me through the whole process of getting a refund. So it is worth following up and not letting them get away with. I am grateful I only spent 120EU on this garbage, in case I do not get a reimbursement because of their sneaky system. But just beware everyone!
UPDATE:
Thanks to Site Jabber's and TrustPilot's online advice I realized that since I paid with PayPal I could turn to them for help. Their online complaint is terribly confusing, so I called them on the phone directly. The customer service guy was very helpful to me, and as I explained that there were many complaints against this company on several consumer watchdog sites like Site Jabber, this emboldened me to contact PayPal and see if I could do anything. I pointed out that all that cominbuy.com does is quasi legal trickery to get customers to order what look like great clothing at wholesale prices, then switch out to the super crummy synthetic imitations. As I spoke, the PayPal customer service guy opened my "litigation" for me. And this automatically blocked the comeinbuy.com account with PayPal, hurting them right in the wallet! He warned me that they would then email me and offer me a partial refund and to not respond and send that email to PayPal, who would deal with them for me. Sure enough I got several emails from comeinbuy.com and I sent them on to PayPal without responding, as the customer service guy at PayPal instructed.
If I get my full refund fine, I don't care. But what I want is to cause trouble for this dishonest company.
I order things on the internet from time to time, but this is the first time to be so ripped off, so blatantly, after Google brings up 100's of their links every time I want to buy some clothing. If it can protect someone else, then I have won

UPDATE 5 JULY 2022: PAYPAL GOT ME THE FULL REFUND A BIT OVER A WEEK AFTER I CONTACTED THEM. IT IS WORTH IT TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL TO DEAL WITH THESE RIP-OFF COMPANIES. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS-I JUST WANTED TO GO AFTER THE COMPANY FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible quality. The fabric feels and looks like wrapping paper. No response from customer service.

I made unfortunately the same experiences as many of you. Ordered 3 products not one is fitting.

Would like to return the products but you can write as often you like you will not get a response. So I have just paid the useless products and will never see a refund.
