Used this company as I thought using an agency would be better than unreliable cleaners. The first day the cleaner didn’t turn up and didn’t call I waited ages for her. The office doesn’t open till 9ish so they can’t find you another cleaner or call you before this. The cleaner was ok when she did turn up the following clean but in all honesty she wasn’t a professional cleaner. This might have been ok for a house but for a commercial clean I need more. It felt like she was more tidying than cleaning. She don’t clean the pipes between the urinals she didn’t hoover their sofas, the tiles and doors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. Radiators not cleaned behind doors missed. It was ok but not what I expected. Iv been employing cleaners for 7 years and I expect more. The cleaner called in sic the second week it can’t be helped but it’s frustrating as iv got other things to do running a business and if she had of told the agency before they could of sent someone els, I was incorrectly invoice that week so I contacted them. The invoices were easy to pay and done week by week I like this. When the cleaner came back she arrived late but had text to let me know. She turned up with a young girl in a boob tube and hot pants not safe or ideal in a cleaning environment I later found out it was her daughter cleaning with her. The company had no idea she was bringing her. I don’t think she would have been insured or crb checked at this point. They stayed for one hour I was charged for two hours surely it should have been 30 mins each any way I asked the company and they said the cleaner brought her daughter with her to learn the job … felt really unprofessional and although they said they were now signing her up as part of the company I cancelled my cleans. I don’t want a kid cleaning my pub and I don’t want them turning up dressed inappropriately. If she burns her self ect or something it’s absolutely crazy. Also I was paying for professional cleaning services not just people who want a side job. The cleaner was really nice nothing against her but just didn’t meet the standards I was expecting and felt like I was messed about to much I’m not interested in nonsense I just want a professional so I can get on with my job. Maybe other cleaners that work for the company are different but I changed company as I need more reliable professional service . I was reluctant to post this as I said the cleaner was nice but it’s just not what I needed.
