Quick initial appt made and everything explained clearly about the process. Nigel and his team were superb, polite and helpful. Prompt delivery and time was taken to get absolutely everything perfect. Looks fantastic and a quality product. Would highly recommend them. The awning was a large one, but no trouble for this team of experts.
The entire process from initial enquiry through to installation was handled professionally and promptly. The on-site survey covered all questions I had and explained the relative benefits of possible solutions. I decided on an awning and in under 2 weeks ( they are built to order) the awning was installed. The installation team were friendly, polite and efficient. They fully consulted on the positioning, cleared away all debris ( there wasn't much to be fair) and fully explained the operation , how the wind sensor worked etc.making sure I was completely happy before leaving. I'm very happy with what is a major improvement to my home and looking forward to enjoying sitting under my new awning, enjoying the summer, whilst it keeps my home cool. I would thoroughly recommend this firm - good value, great service and no hassle!
