Luckily my bank was on top of it. So never ever order from them ever

If I could post a negative review I would. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. DONT EVEN look at their products because their ordering system is a scam. They sign you up for things you don't want and not until AFTER the completely disguised order form and prices have already been charged to you will you see the incorrect order. I tried to cancel an order costing me $100 more than what I thought I was spending within ten minutes ( it took me that long to discover how to supposedly cancel) and they said you could cancel within 24 hours. For the next 26 hours or so I had to go back and forth a DOZEN times when they would give me offers of a small percentage off of what I ordered. Each time I said no, just refund me all the money and cancel the order. This never happened. They refunded me 10% and told me to refuse delivery because it was too late to cancel. Ummmm, have you ever refused delivery? Impossible to know when they were coming. The order took two weeks to arrive. When it arrived I probably requested a return and again they started with the offers for more money off. They literally sent me things I didn't want and charged me for them refusing to refund my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY

I was scammed by this company. They advertise a product but when you check out, you realise that they have charged three times the price that they advertise it at. If you try to cancel the order, they say that they cannot find the order, they ignore emails and send the product to you.
I had paid by Paypal and thought that I had protection but PayPal decided that once you order, even if you cancel because of misleading advertising, they will back this company. I wont use PayPal any more for my business or for private transactions and will stick to using a debit card. I am quite disappointed in PayPal.

I wanted to order some foot patches for detox. They said there are 4 boxes discounted at $42.99 with tax included, then they confirmed my order then it said my total was $108.38, there were 4 more boxes added on at $65.39. then they tell me in an email that the discounted price is an upsell, but I was never told that before I confirmed.

Wanted to purchase one item via Pay Pal did not click confirm purchase but was charged £53.94 plus a regular payment was set and goods never sent.
Opened dispute with pay pal and after 2 goes gave up as their reply was in favour of Comify total joke/.
pay pal must know this company and what they are up to such a shame Pay Pal send out standard replys after I have been so loyal to them over the years.

Barclaycard are currently on the case so my advice is dont deal with either of the above deal with Barclaycard at least you can speak to them !

This is a scam company I bought fungal nail remover for £6.99 and £53.94 was taken from my account through PayPal and also a recurring payment which I cancelled immediately how can these people do this it's obviously fraudulent? And I'm cancelling my PAYPAL account as they won't do anything

Scammed. Facilitated by PayPal.
I was making a purchase for £6.99 for 6 Nail Health pens. They charged me £53.94 and set up a Subscription. None of which was authorised by me on any screens or any T&C's.
Raised the dispute with PayPal who took 5 days and came down in their favour despite being aware of many other PayPal customers having been defrauded with their assistance.
Trustpilot have shown one 4* review which doesn't exist? No trace of Comify Ltd as yet.

I received a text the other day saying that this company was trying to take funds several times in a matter of minutes and I confirmed it was not me so my card was blocked, tried emailing this company who are adamant they have no order for me and did I use a different email address for my order? Utter rubbish no I didn't I emailed back yet today they again taken monies and my order is on its way? Hold on I didn't order? But they fail to listen
Absolute scam even barclays said same and there in Hong Kong

I ordered a box of detox tea to try but they said I'd ordered 6 boxes and took £78+ from my account and refused to cancel and refund say it had been shipped (in 5 mins?).

ordered one single item…after paying I checked my account and I noticed that the money had been taken along with money for a multi pack of that item which I did not order, they also set up a subscription on both items which I did not authorise. A cautionary tail;
read the Ts & Cs, apparently by agreeing to their Ts&Cs you agreed to a subscription. Very underhand and sneaky however PayPal were amazing and they help me sort it all out.

Ordered 1 pack of tea was charged for 2 got a partial refund then they took another £15 from my account had to inform my bank and change my debit card to stop them takeing any more money nightmare avoid at all costs

Ordered 1 pack . Loads of pop up,s came up they then took 1 payment for 3 items and automatically set up. A subscription for another 3 each month through PayPal taking the payment for 3 straight away . Within a few seconds of committing to 1 pack . They had taken payment for 6 packs and charged delivery . I contacted them within 2 min. And contacted PayPal.they never cancelled the order. PayPal refused to admit it was a scam . Luckily I contacted my bank and they refunded me. They agreed it was a scam. I was able to cancel the prescription on PayPal to stop them taking more money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS they use deliberate obscure popup windows to force people into making unintentional purchases, for poor quality products and in the process try to get you onto a Paypal subscription to repeat the same purchase everymonth. What a bunch of low lifes!
