Prompt and very reasonable
I have had the opportunity to use the Music City Branch and I use to use the Atlanta location prior to it relocating. Ive been using them since 2015. I found their process to be easy, rates very fair and funding was always prompt. If there was ever and issue on funding it was never on C.E. file but usually the closing attorney. I highly recommend them and if you are in the Southeast I highly recommend the Music City branch.

Know what you are getting into
Shelley is pretty good to work with . Be mindful these are deal depended and if you have deal fall through it can be extremely expensive and these companies are like loan sharks in some ways. I have worked with couple different offices and the other one is really hard to deal with.
