Commission Express is quick and cost effective
They are very easy to work with and charge a reasonable fee as compared to the other commission advance companies in Real Estate Industry. They are the most cost effective too! All you have to do is apply for the advance online through their website and follow up, follow up, follow up. You will need to have the docs ready to upload to their site on the specfic deal you are requesting a commissions advance for and it will only take 15 minutes (at most) to do the initial application. Once you've requested the advance, they do a quick turnaround on the paperwork sending it back to your broker/MCA office to verify and corrobhorate the amount you want. Then your broker docusigns their approval of the transaction and you sign the other 3 forms and send them back to Commissions Express and they will can send you an advance the same day. Make sure you follow up w/phone calls, e-mails and/or texts to your broker and Commissions Express during the 2-3 days process to ensure you get paid on time, similar to your real estate transactions using your Docusign, Remine, Dot Loop or Transaction Desk. It's simple, and quick! I highly recommend using them
