As so many others have written both here and on the other Trustpilot review page for RobbyBlanchard.com, this company is not ethical. After watching a completely misleading sales video, I purchased the $2000 course.

They send you login details with a password that doesn't work, so you have to click 'change password', which automatically means you've 'accessed' the course. However I did not access ANY of the course content because 24 hours after buying I was hospitalised with dengue fever.

I quickly realised I did not have the physical capacity for the course, especially with expensive medical bills to pay.

Furthermore, the automated email sequence they send AFTER you pay makes it crystal clear that it's a ruthless 'upselling' scheme to get you to buy their coaching for $397 per month, plus a whole host of other expensive 'add ons' like Spy Hero and Clickfunnels and FB 'ad spend' which I simply do not have the money for. I wrote to 3 different email addresses (including Robby Blanchard's & customer support) less than 24 hours after purchase to advise that I'd been hospitalised and asking for a refund. 4 days later, only 1 bothered to reply with "you do not qualify for a refund as you have already accessed the course. The refund policy is laid out on the sales page, and the terms and conditions have to be agreed upon prior to purchasing. Please consider this our final decision."

I was still in the Commission Hero FB group at that stage, so I posted my complaints in the group, and another woman replied saying she's been charged for coaching that she didn't sign up for and they would not refund her (as many others have said).

I threatened to file an FTC Fraud Report against Blanchard Media Group and with BBC Watchdog (as the reviewer 'CJ' also did) and then I was immediately kicked out of the Commission Hero FB Group.

A while later I received an email from customer support saying "We have refunded your purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to reflect on your bank statement."

I'm very relieved to have been refunded, but it is a terrible shame that one has to fight tooth and nail - while desperately ill in hospital - for the refund that they guarantee to give in their sales video.

And it's also a travesty that they have to retain customers with deceitful tactics of bait and switch around their refund policy. Companies with good products don't have to resort to this. It's pure greed. In this day and age of the internet, complaints about a company's ethics spread far and wide fast - not to mention word of mouth complaints. I will not hesitate to talk about my bad experience with 'multi millionaire' Robby Blanchard INC - even though I eventually got my money back.

If you've experienced similar, I encourage you to FIGHT for your consumer rights. And for anyone else considering buying from them, at least know what you're getting into.

You need a HUGE amount of additional money to invest in getting this affiliate marketing off the ground, you need to purchase 'burner phones' for separate accounts, you have to deal with Facebook constantly banning your accounts, and judging by the countless questions and comments from other buyers in their FB group, the whole process is extremely painful to navigate unless you buy their expensive coaching.

I hope this review prevents anyone else from having to go through this. I wish I'd read the Trust Pilot reviews on Commission Hero and on Robby Blanchard.com before buying.

Fantastic community, training, and system to follow that has been proven to work repeatedly. You get to learn from the best in affiliate marketing.

There's great support in the community and very active coaches and members responding to questions, always willing to help each other.

I can only say positive things about Commission Hero from my experience.

Beware of this scam company, especially Spyhero. They lure you in with a free trial when you purchase HeroAI, but there's no way to cancel without contacting support directly. Don't bother using the contact form on the Spyhero app—they don’t monitor it and won’t cancel your membership. I requested cancellation three times through the contact form, including within the first 14 days, but got no response. After being charged, I emailed Commission Hero support directly and was accused of lying; they claimed they couldn't find any record of my previous cancellation requests and now refuse to refund my money. Avoid Robby Blanchard and anything he promotes—it's all a scam!

THE COURSE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW THEY PROMISE A LOTS OF THINKS ON THE SALE FUNEL THAT THEY ARE NOT REAL

I've just completed the 5 day challenge with Commission Hero for 97 USD and it was well worth it.

They overdelivered. It was densely packed and a bit overwhelming to be honest but that's a good thing.

Very committed and accessible coaches even inside such a tripwire product. Of course they want to show their best side to upsell you to their higher tier program but they did a great job.

I'm a happy customer.

The course isn’t current, especially with Facebook and the training and that is even addressed by the trainer The videos they do have are based on an older version of Facebook, so you are unable to follow their instructions. The Facebook group isn’t helpful and kept saying refer to the course which isn’t done.

When I ordered the product not only did I get charged for the AI Commission Hero but also got charged and additional charge of $428.56 for their Inner Circle Training, which I never signed up for and notified the vendor the next day, but the charge was never reversed.

Reached out to CH customer service department and that was TOTALLY useless. After many emails, they finally stopped the monthly subscription part but would NEVER refund what I was charged on my CC.

Commission Hero claims to have a 15 day refund policy but when you contact the customer service department (?) and mentioned the course wasn’t complete and asked for a refund, I was told there were no refunds since the program had been opened which makes it extremely hard to decide of the program is worthwhile.

They have that 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they are not helpful when they literally have no usable product. Customer service and I use that (LIGHTLY) you would have thought it was coming out of their own pocket.

Just had to write this review about CH since I wanted to warn others that this program being outdated and to warn others that it's a “BUYER BEWARE” program.

And here are just some of the Cons of Commission Hero:
•RB doesn't teach you anything about building a brand or an audience
•You need a lot of upfront cash to invest in your FB account so it can learn and adjust to your ads which are expensive.
•Robby's solutions to banned ad accounts is SUPER grindy, won't always work and is only short term
•MOST of what RB teaches can be found online for FREE
•RB’s affiliate marketing methods will inevitably result in your Facebook ad accounts to be shutdown and FB is much more critical of newbies through all of the Algorithms.

I’m sure they will try and remove my complaints, especially with the CS department but good luck trying to follow all of the older instructions, especially with FB and be ready to write or type fast because their recommendation is to watch the older versions videos over and over.

You would think that someone that’s a multimillionaire would be kinder to someone who was having difficulty following this older and not current program which didn’t match the FB reality.

The best thing about Commission Hero is by far the community. I've never known a training course where the main man himself has been in the group everyday answering everyone's questions consistently for the last 5 years, along side the large team of successful coaches (who were once students). Robby believes in everyones success and it clearly shows.

I have been doing this system for 3 years now and am having a lot of success with it. It's not easy, but it’s simple and 100% worth it.

Commission hero is not a get rich quick scheme but if you work hard everyday consistently and never give up, your success is guaranteed!

WOW I have been trying to earn money online for over a decade now, This course has actually taken me by the hand with complete video walk-throughs and now I have started to run successful ads for the first time EVA.
Robby the creator has helped so many people before by showing how it is done and then letting us apply what we have learned, Please do not get me wrong this is not a get-rich-quick scheme, You have to apply yourself and do the work. But he shows you how to do it you just have to do it.

This is a total scam. I paid 1k under the impression I was being trained to work with the company who would pay me when all it was is a course for selling thru affiliate marketing. When i reached out to the company they refused to refund me even though their advertising was misleading. They said i needed to give it a try for 10 days and then if i dont find it helpful they would refund me. Well day 10 I reach back out and say i want my refund this is not what I was told I was purchasing and then they say , that since i accessed the course ( which they said i needed to ) i no longer qualified for a refund. Biggest regret and waste of money. After i couldnt get refunded , I even decided to try the training in the course and ended up wasting tons of marketing money (which he teaches you to do) and disnt make a dollar. All in all its a scam, waste of money and you can find other courses for way less on affiliate marketing.

Are you kidding Bought VIP package about 97$ , ask for help but the support does not exist . They tell me you should ask free Facebook grout to resolve your problem. Or you should buy Hero Ai to get support

Admin: - do you not think that cancelling my registration would have been the last thing on my mind when dealing with my husband's health? A serious cancer diagnosis means lots of appointments and medical procedures, and care for him, so of course they take priority.
On top of this we both contracted Covid and I tested positive for over three weeks. If you have never had Covid then you will not understand how debilitating can be. I was very ill and I let you know that.
The only explanations that you had sent were in a link to 'Terms and Conditions'. I did not open it, having far more to do than wade through pages of terms and conditions. Otherwise it was just 'NO REFUND'.
I had NOT accessed the course at all.
I can hardly believe that you/your company could be so hard hearted under these circumstances. This is not a good way of doing business. What has it cost you? A couple of emails. I would gladly let you deduct the cost for those, if you really feel you need the money. I do not think you do.
Your treatment of my case has been very unprofessional. I do not want to receive facile phrases indicating that you hope my husband will be better soon.

The reason we likely did not provide a refund is because you accessed the course material. Since this is a digital product, once it is accessed the information is now known and we cannot take that back.

WELL - I subscribed for the lot and it cost me AUS$6382 in total. Almost immediately my husband's cancer worsened unexpectedly, and, of course, I need to make him my priority, so I asked for a refund, explaining the situation. I have to concentrate on this awful battle he is having.
They refuse to give me anything. The only thing they did was cancel the monthly bill for the coaching.
I explained that I had not even opened any of the course training and emails or had any coaching or any advise, and they said "No refunds".
So how come I did not get a refund if what the Comm. Hero person said above in the review is correct?
It all smells of a SCAM and I am really upset. Where is the compassion? There is none - they just want the money.
No-one offered me any sort of explanation - the answer is always 'No Refund'.
I truly believe that this is not right when you have not accessed or had any part of what you have paid for. Is this legal?
