Never deal with these people.
I have spent a month trying to get a company out of their infrastructure and they are not only ignorant and unwilling to facilitate any transition; they are rude, derisive, and incompetent. This is not a company anyone should ever have to deal with.
Their terms of use is not clear. The first withdrawal went well. Capital + profit. Reinvest with a upgrade, and tried to withdraw to do the same... Was rejected because I should have reinvested 2 + time with an upgrade everytime.. Done 2 times and try to only withdraw $20 as a test... Walla 36hours later still pending and their response on the chat bot is 24h late and have send 2 emails to their support.. Nothing
