It's an ok place to discuss eBay but some of the people on the forms have massive egos.
It's an ok place to discuss eBay buyer/seller issues and eBay as a whole. You'll likely get the answers you seek but there's a lot of people with massive egos on the site who are happy to shill and cover for eBay's bad practices. For example ask a question about why buyer fraud is a thing, how to prevent it or why there's no preventative measures in place and you will see really stuck up answers like "you just need to do better" or "that's how it is, get used to it". It's one of those forms where a large amount of the people on it have too much time and their hands and massive egos... They don't get how much attitudes like that help enable eBay to continue to have bad practices and policies.
