I had the mosr terrible expriance in my life .The hotels.de.inf send me a massage that I would not get a room in Grocek krakow hotel ,because the made an overbooking resarvations , so, I made another website hotel resrvation . 3 days later the Hotels.de send me an email , that the resarvation is valid , therefore ,I canceled the other website resrrvation ,and made a call to Grocek hotel .
Grocek hotel tald me that there is not any resarvation under my name .I tryied to call again and again by fhone for many times Hotels.de . Nobody answer me , finnaly I got some servicewomen by Skype , and pay a lot of money to deny and canceled the order , nobody if them understood my need to cancel the charge about an unavalible room . Between the times I reorder the other

During my laser session at Colaz southall, the service provided from Reena was great. Her attention to detail on completing the laser effectively deserves appreciation. Many thanks once again and I look forward to my upcoming laser sessions with her.

Wayne Ridgewebb from Aerial Force installed the new aerial. Very efficient and checked over everything and cleared up all of the old aerials. Explained everything and made sure that all of the connections worked.

Had a problem over the e-mail tickets not there fault but mine spoke to Michael he put my mind at rest and sorted the problem out also John helped me with tickets i must say that the boys was so very helpful and always put me at ease with the booking over the phone would have no hesitation in using e-mail flights again and would recommend to our friends and family

Safestyle.co.uk have been contacted in January re a crack in a bedroom window. So far I have had 3 visits and the window has not been replaced.
1st visit they brought the wrong window, 2 visit appointment but no show,
3 visit wrong window yet again. Now waiting for a ? a window/ or another appointment.

Attended the two days training, passed the exam. Thanks to Divya, even though I came from science all my questions in context were answered and I was able to get involved and took away loads to implement at my workplace.

Chris Litchfield was the best ever rep and we really appreciate his knowledge on the company.

I have attended 2 trainings(ITIL and Scrum Master) with Simplilearn and both had given me good knowledge about the subjects.The online facilties provided during the training are good enough to complete the course.
In near future i would like to attend more trainings and also recommend others to do so.

Natasha Barclay was fun to learn with. Apart from being a good laugh she genuinely tried to help me to learn the subject matter, taking time to answer all questions fully. The material was engaging and I particularly liked the discussions Natasha facilitated regarding how the theory related to practice.

Estate Agent Wards in Headcorn Kent provided an excellent service for our house sale. We received professional and personalised assistance which was headed up by branch manager Jennifer Lang with marketing consultant Emma Bourne deputising. Their skillful negotiations ensured that a number of issues resulted in positive outcomes for us as their client. Our view is that if we had not been supported by Jennifer and Emma it is likely that the sale of our property would not have concluded.

Just over 3 months ago the end of a 4 day city break in Seville booked through Lastminute.com. At the end of my stay I was asked for a payment of £140 for the rooms despite my deal with Lastminute.com being inclusive of flights and hotel. As their English was limited I paid the extra money in order to depart for my flight. My issue with Lastminute.com is that they did not provide me with a hotel voucher that proved that my room was already paid for. I tried in vain to recoup my money through lastminute.com for the past 3 months. Their Customer Care is shambolic, it appears that the person in charge, a pleasant lady called Ellie, only has spasmodic access to the Customer Complaint message system and as such my many messages were left unanswered for a long period of time. Then I would get a reassuring message or phone call that everything was in hand. When the money didn’t arrive I had to go through the whole experience of many unanswered messages before I received any response. Finally I emailed the Hotel directly, using Google English/Spanish translation and in a short time was able to procure my refund. All of this could have been avoided if lastminute.com had provided a viable hotel voucher. Subsequently they completely failed to give me anything like adequate customer service.

Excellent service. Would use them again in the near future.
