not happy with the online buyer…

not happy with the online buyer experience at all

first of all, the prices in Switzerland are sometimes more than 200% as in Germany which doesn't make sense to me. I reached out and asked if this was right and if they could adjust, but there was no reaction.

I then sent a big part of my order back and still haven't heard any reaction yet. I have prepaid everything. Will never buy again and hope you contact me soon and give me my money back for the returned goods

Overall good experience BUT

Overall good experience, but as mentioned many times filter options in the shop are not thought through and despite mentioning this many times nothing is changing. So why giving feedback in the future?

the shop is good but the delivery in…

the shop is good but the delivery in shop is not a good idea. clothes were wrinkled, the staff had no idea where my delivery was and they didnt evzn refund me on the spot. no go
