Easy and simple to find a great provider for my relative.

I contracted with Day or Night Care through their website dayornightcare.com and was really pleased with the service.

Our company is subscribed to Compare Caring and has identified leads that have resulted in contracts.

I attempted to use the site to determine what LIVE-IN Home Care companies were active in my community. The listings presented were not accurate because the company listed (Home Instead) did not provide that service. I’m unhappy that a platform like this doesn’t better serve the needs of the community. I eventually found FCP Live-In, an agency supporting all six New England states with LIVE-In home care services. *Update: 12/15/25; the website is still listing Home Instead as offering this service, and they don’t.

Simon was good and easy to talk to. Got some referrals but unfortunately nothing tangible came out of the referrals and suspended membership

Simon was great and went out of his way to offer a very personalised service that really helped my mum with the next level of complex care that was sadly now needed for my father and where the options local to my mum were not obvious.

Simon was absolutely brilliant to talk to and receive advice from about next step options for my 86 year old Mother. He was very listening and offered advice from a very measured and experienced standpoint. Following our chat he promptly sent me some suggestions of care homes and home care which were exactly as I described I was looking for and in the right price bracket. It was invaluable to have that initial call with Simon as otherwise the sea of options on the internet can become very impersonal and overwhelming, and with something as important as finding the right choice for our mum chatting to Simon was a welcome source of support and information. Thank you so much Simon!

Been searching for weeks looking for live in care. My dad can't look after himself everyday and this site gave the excat comparison i was looking for. I used my postcode and typed in what i was looking for. 10/10
