I experienced a good consultation by phone to gain the comparison and receive your recommendation of HCF and thought I had completed the communication. The next day I received another call which was apparently just to check all we had been through the previous day. I was asked to confirm all the details that I had just provided which, of course, had not changed overnight. I found this quite annoying and a waste of time. It appeared to me that the caller was justifying their existence as there was no obvious need for this second call.

On the call he could not manage to send me the details of the new plan and This change in my utilities never actually happened. No notification no apology no reason why.

I wasn't sure exactly how it would go. It was difficult initially as I got confused by the initial report after being on phone for over half an hour. It has worked out fine and hopefully saved me money with new plan

I have forgotten the man’s name who helped me but the experience was very nice. He was patient with me and had to repeat himself a few times because I am deaf. He helped me sign up for a better electricity deal.
