Comparehero provided me with vouchers as spend gift for my credit card application with them. However , the redeeming process is very tedious. You have to enter the redeem code and some vouchers are directly applied,. E.g lLazada and Shopee. I managed to redeem my Touch n Go voucher but when I attempted to redeem my Lazada and Shopee voucher, the site showed DNS error. I can't redeem the vouchers worth a cumulative of RM 120. Comparehero just replied my email claiming the voucher was redeemed but no help after that. Felt disappointed and cheated. The only reason I applied the credit card with them was because there was promo that sounded like a guaranteed gift but again the site played with their words. Ended up getting RM 400 worth vouchers and I had only successfully redeemed about RM 150.

Stay away from this cheating site.

I hope my review will served as a wake up call to those who planned to participate with this platform.
Please do not believe you will get an iPhone from this platform. The staff are trained to manipulate you by using delaying tactics to wear your patience.. They even claimed sending email with RM100 credits which never happened. Don't be fooled by these scammers. Read their T&C you will know is a waste of time with this platform.
Raj has informed the email was sent on the 13 June 2024 for RM100 credit redemption. For your info Raj, if you are reading this review, no email was sent on 13 June and yesterday 24 June 2024 and of course redemption period will due on the 31st July 2024.My last phone call checking on my free gift was about 10 days ago, the staff intentionally dragged till the month end claiming bank record will only be generated after 25 June 2024, that left less time for me to react, hopefully, if i had missed the redemption window , the fault will naturally go to myself. How lame it it to the lousy tactics.
I am writing to uncover how one can deliver the lies thinking that the customer can be fooled easily. You may save the RM100 credit redemption it, as I don't wrestling mud with such low quality platform.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent credit card application process. Despite being promised rewards upon approval, I have not received them, and all attempts to contact your company have been unsuccessful.

I request a prompt investigation and resolution of this matter.

I would say this company fails to deliver what they promised, first they attract you through attractive banner, after you applied, spent and asked, they would push to another parties, when deadline reached, they would say your name not on the list provided by bank. Strongly advise to avoid this company.

Trash scam company, They will advertise amazing free gifts when registering for credit cards through them. But will make up excuses once you have completed the registration process. Better to register for card directly with the bank. Don't bother with this waste of time and money.

Misleading advertisment credit card campaign to cheating consumer.

If there is an option for ZERO star, I would go for it. All marketing campaign banners are ambiguous and was published with intention to cheat their customers. Pls do not fall into their trap.

Beware of their advertisement. They will cheat you to apply their credit card but do not deliver their promised gift.

They cheated me by not giving the gift they promised. A scam company

They have always claimed that you have won something , but its a total scam! Just directly apply from the bank, because when i ask for my promotion gifts- bank told me it is not their promotions, so there is nothing i can claim from them. Then, comparehero said you have lost even i had their email saids i have won the 49” TV, then i cancel the card on the first week after I activated, which wasted my MYR 25 of sst! This is a scam from all dimension! Also, look at their facebook page- you cannot comment anymore!

Good selection of financial products. What's more, there is no email capture on the products result page. Unlike with other sites in Malaysia, atleast with them I can see immediately if there is an offer that I like or if there is none.
