Easy to use and provides great details

Easy to use and provides the details on the escalating scale of charges/kwh 500 & up. Each provider has a different ascending scale which makes it so difficult to do a very detailed comparison but it does provide the detail to enable deeper analysis.

Everything was pretty smooth except…

Everything was pretty smooth except once I selected my plan and the order was processing. It took forever to process the order to the point where I thought the browser was timing out. I also received the temporary code texted to me well in advance of when I was prompted by the site to entire it. Overall minor issues and everything worked as expected.
