The iPhone I bought had green screen…

The iPhone I bought had green screen within 1 month of purchase. Bought warranty so messaged their WhatsApp service number, but had to chase for a response after 2 days of non-response. Then they offloaded me to their email support. After further chasing, they assigned a time-slot to collect my device for repair. The rider never came on the specified day, but arrived 1 day later! And the rider impatiently told me to hurry as he didn't have much time to collect my device!

The customer support said they will take 1-2 days to inspect the device. After a week, had to chase them 3 times for a response. Up to today 2 weeks later, there are still no updates on the status of the "inspection". The only reply they gave during the 3 times I chased is they have sent the device to the "relevant team" to act on it.

In comparison, before the device was picked up by CompAsia.sg, we had checked with Apple Store, which told us it will only take 1 day to repair it.

Lesson learnt: The warranty seems to be a way for CompAsia.sg to earn extra income, but they will drag their feet on the response/repair/replacement, and leave their customers hanging after purchase.

So don't expect any proper post-purchase service/support. Recommend not to buy warranty, and best not to purchase from them at all.
