COMPASS STOOD BY THE PRICE I ORDERED AT DESPITE STORIES OF COMPANIES NOT DOING THIS.

Excellent service. Ordered the oil for delivery in 2 weeks. The price spike hit because of the war but they stood by the price. Thank you.

I ordered heating oil early in the present Middle East troubles and was told it could be a week before delivery and yes, as time went bye I was concerned about profiteering.
On this occasion , Compass kept to the price on the date I ordered. Very happy first time customer and found them to be very friendly and honest team members.

Stood by quoted price even on a long delivery date desite on-going market increases. 900 litres of 1,000 litre order delivered, but have been offered refund of the balance which hopefully will be forthcoming. Have been a regular customer and will remain so.

I've had two experiences with Compass Fuels for heating oil delivery - both very positive.

First - they delivered an emergency delivery to me on a Sunday morning after I stupidly ran out of heating oil. They are one of the few companies serving our area to operate an emergency service like this.

Second - during the Iran oil crisis in March 2026, with heating oil industry pricing all over the place, they honoured a delivery at the price I had agreed with them prior to the start of the crisis. Not every distributor is doing that. I will be dealing with Compass again!

Having had issues with existing home oil supplier for my mum who is 89, and was given a 2 week delivery schedule, Compass Fuels stepped up to the mark and were able to deliver the next day at s cheaper price. Received email confirmation of delivery, driver polite and courteous. Am now going to use Compass moving forward. Thank you for being a superstar in our hour of need

Delivery of heating oil was one day late but driver apologised arrived at 7pm the following night due to breakdown otherwise well satisfied

Great comms, good price & did what they said they would do - but quicker.

Way better & much more personal service than "bigger" names - try them!

Due to a case of mistaken idenitiy i have contact from a very nice man called Dave, who has offered a resolution even thought they were not the company who let me down. I highly recommend going direct and steering away from the so called deals of other companies :)

Have had deliveries of domestic fuel oil from Compass a few times no wording via the Oil Club .
They normally give an attractive low price. The service is good and reliable and the delivery drivers friendly and efficient. They attention to respecting my property, drive and gardens.

I am a newbie to the world of oil heating, having always lived in properties on mains gas, so I was a little nervous, not knowing how the process worked.
I was recommended to use Compass from the previous owners of my house and I have to say the whole experience was effortless and quite honestly perfect. Chris who I dealt with on the phone and email was so helpful, he explained everything (to help me understand the levels and when to order next time etc) he was absolutely delightful and very funny. Ordered, paid and delivered with no hassle or effort, the next time I looked at the gauge the tank was full & I found the delivery notice in my postbox (as promised)…If Carlsberg did oil.

Terrible company , ordered and paid for 750 litres home heating oil turned up with just over 600 litres the tanker was empty why send a tanker short when i spoke to the md nick he laughed over the phone and just made excuses they still have my money for 750 litres not refunded very poorly run company best to avoid

Terrible service, gave no communication when they were delivering our fuel oil and when questioned when to expect the delivery was told they had already attempted delivery and couldnt because of the size of their vehicle (even though we have had many deliveries previously using a 6 wheeler). During this whole alleged delivery attempt they didnt once try to communicate with us. Instead of rearranging the delivery when questioned on it they threw their toys out the pram and cancelled the order completely leaving us with no heating. Ordered through another company and they managed the delivery totally professionally in the same size 6 wheel vehicle the next day
