Poor communication.
Awful at communication. No reply to my emails or calls. Says 24/7 but really isn’t. They take ages to do anything, paid for certificate and nothing.
Take your money and then run.

I completed all the modules on kitchen…
I completed all the modules on kitchen Assistant Training and says I have no completed courses on the dash board.

Customer service slow to respond
"I bought a bundle of Compete High courses via Reed Courses. I cannot complete 2 of their courses. In one of them 2 last modules are impossible to open. In the second one from Module 3 to Module 8 (end of course), instead of the correct content, there is a course related to a different topic. During last 7-8 weeks I contacted Complete High several times by phone (nobody answers), e-mails and an inquiry form but never I received any answer.
Only when I visited Trustpilot I noticed that Compete High responded to some reviews - I thought that this company simply does not exist."
Since I wrote the above opinion on 23 May 2023 I have been contacted by Compete High and the problems with 2 courses have been fixed. Shame that it took so long and so many my attempts to correct something that finally was fixed within minutes.

The service was really quick on…
The service was really quick on purchasing it took maybe 2 - 3 hours from purchasing the courses to get access and I am already liking the course it goes in depth with each section and guides you fully through it, although I am already quite knowledgable on HTML and CSS I am using the course to get even more of a understanding of the code and get better at using it and the one language I dreaded doing was Javascript which is a complex langauge to learn, I have not gone through java yet but looking forward to it along with the other like PHP etc can't wait, so far amazing courses these guys put out and hopefully makes me able to do freelance work which I can't wait to do.
