I would have preferred to use my AmEx card for the transaction though. But overall, totally satisfied with the services & will come back to them again in the future.

Totally worth the 5 stars. The owner is a really nice guy who communicates frankly. He helped me through all the processes and was always on there for assistance.

Sir, Be more specific. We even lined you up with Acer representative. Panel Damage by the customer isn't covered under warranty!
You received a sealed unit monitor, You said the monitor panel seems like it's coming off slightly, and observing from the pictures that we did receive, it looked very normal for an edge to edge display.
we still raised service req to Acer and the engineer visited your house. As per the engineer, he visited your place to observe the issues that u were claiming, he checked the monitor and took a few pictures, so that he can process further. after a few days, you called us and said that the left side on the monitor has become all white and you asked us for a replacement and we requested some pictures of the issue. On the bottom left corner, there's a clearly visible black spot which is caused by damage. Which isn't covered by warranty. it comes under physical damage. u claimed the engineer must have damaged it. we took u and the engineer on call. he clearly denied all your claims and said that the product was in proper working condition when he took pictures. at this point, it's pretty clear and we're also bound by manufacturers' warranty policy!
