TD BANK Financial Inst. issues

My experience were very poor a financial institution that offers you an interest rate of 4% to beat another financial institution on a mortgage and then it turns around and decides to charge for 4.59% interest that is not a trustworthy financial institution. I was asked to open an account with the money I had saved at home and they have a trail record of me with drawing $500 religiously every month and putting it in my safe place in order to buy this property and I opened the account to put that money for the duration of the 90 days as they requested and now I found a property and started an application procedure not only did they increase the rate from 4 to 4.59 as though they are not giving me a mortgage because the time of closing and the time of the date of the account that was open specifically under their advice has the difference of five business days from closing so I think this is ridiculous and I don't think is doing a sphere judgment on this cause not only that they did this as I am about to lose the down payment I put in the property and to boot it also the house that I purchased okay and they sent a letter that they were working on it to the real estate broker yet they are refusing to send them a letter that they will not have the money in time for closing so that means he's losing not only the down payment but also the credibility behind them so this account at TD will be closed as soon as possible and I pray to God that everybody out there that's reading this can appreciate the fact and perhaps TD looking into it also realizing how much they're losing not only in one customer but a long other ones that are in their list of customers and people out there if you are people that care of what's going on in the world today please back me up thank you.

I ordered IL Makiage

I ordered IL Makiage. Wanted to try it first. The product wasn’t for me but accepted that I bought it. Now 6 months later I have had $96A. Taken out of my account. A new order coming. I never put a reorder against it because I needed to try it first. The company stated I did. BUYER BEWARE. they have your bank account details and they can do anything they wish. No recall at all.

Mondelez is insensible!

I bought a packet of TUC brand cookies at an ACTION store. At home, when I opened the packet and took out some cookies to eat, I felt something hard in my mouth while chewing. I realized that I was chewing hard plastic, which was embedded in the cookie. I checked the next cookie and it also had a piece of hard blue plastic about 10mm embedded inside the cookies. I informed Mondelez of the situation in writing together with photos. A few days later, I was contacted by Mr. Ricardo, a Mondelez representative, which very kindly asked me to pack the cookies and the original package and send them to Mondelez for an analysis, I proceeded immediately and sent it. After a few days I received an email from Mr Ricardo informing me that they had received the packet and after analyzing the cookies they would send me the result along with compensation, I have this email as proof. After a few days I received a new email saying that they regretted what had happened and that the plastic found in the cookies came from the plastic of the packaging. In fact, the plastic in the packaging is a thin film and the plastic impregnated in the cookie was rigid and about 0.5 mm thick. The compensation they offered was the replacement of another cookie packet, I informed them that I was not interested in receiving biscuits and Mondelez's counter-offer was to refund the amount paid for the packaging, which they have not yet done. I think Mondelez has no idea of ​​the danger they created, the cookies were being consumed by an adult, imagine if it were a child or even a baby? It was very insensitive on Mondelez's part to take on this very serious situation so lightly. My intention was to report this situation to ASAE and there was probably a withdrawal of all packaging from all ACTION stores, since this product is produced in the Netherlands and is probably exclusive to Action stores. This extremely serious situation is unacceptable for a multinational company of this size. We are talking about food products that can eventually cause serious harm to health. I do not recommend purchasing this product from Action stores.

I have take out a contract with them on 14/04/2025 for a small amount of R350, After 2days 16/04/2025 they ask for R700, to pay my profits in my bank.
I was unhappy because they advertise there is no withdrawal fee. I however paid the R700, over and receive a code which i then have to sent to them.
They said the money will be in my bank within 5 minutes after receiving the code for money deposit.
The money never came to my bank.

Now today 22/04/2025 they ask for more money to be paid over to pay my money out.
Please be aware of this people, as they work with small amounts witch make you feel it is ok.

I received the NjordGear Indestructible Watch that stopped working after two weeks.

I received the NjordGear Indestructible? watch as a gift from my wife. It completely stopped working and showed no display after 2 weeks. I contacted NjordGear and gave them all the requested required information. Since then they have ignored me completely and will not honour their guarantee commitments as stated on their website. NjordGear contact person was Dannie.

Perfumes from FragranceNet.com

I ordered 3 perfumes from FragranceNet.com
I placed the order and paid an extra $20 for an expedited delivery (which states 1 business day) as I was leaving the country in 4 days.
I only received my order 6 days later. At this time I already left the country. Although they refunded my delivery fees I am now looking at paying more than $200 just to get it to my country and they are just not answering when I ask them about this or a refund.
This is honestly so disgusting and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

My grand kids love the games & breakfast
Not this time I was first introduced to radical words.racial
Sharp answers. I drove for 11 hrs for this mess.i wanted something to eat unfortunately even mcd was closed
It too awhile to get sign in my hotel was already paid for on hotel.com
Room was cold
Lite wasn't working
Just a mess
I check out next day to same girl with no smile
I wish these hotels will hire more suitable staff

Investigate This Place

NO STARS should be given! Warning! This place is clean but their hands are dirty! Do not be fooled by how clean it is! The director, admissions coordinator, dietitian are all devious people! They will work together to create a setup to have your loved one removed and then play victim! Please do not leave your loved one here. This place is wicked! They have proved the reason alot of families do not trust nursing homes! The people running these facilities only care about the money, not your loved one. My family and I have received poor treatment and they are trying to cover their actions! Unethical, unlawful, and neglect! Neglected giving my loved one medications which caused a higher than usual sugar level! They could have killed my loved one! Do not trust, Ashley, Admission Coordinator. Do not trust Renata, Director of Nursing. Do not trust the Dietitian! You have been warned! They do not care about your loved one. They treated me and my family like people that do not have rights! We have every right to ask questions and requests. We have every right to want to be contacted about our loved one. They do not want to do their jobs!! The lack communication, they lack professionalism and are not organized! Very tacky! No one operates as if they have been trained at all. We are standing our ground against this facility! They have done this to other families before as well but this time, something will be done. We are not taking this lightly at all!

Got a mattress from Michael of Mattress Mick delivered today by 2 great guys who had trouble getting a super King up the stairs but didn't give up even though I had to get help from 2 guys up the road.
I would throughly recommend my friend Michael from Mattress Mick for beds furniture and great value.

Trust Pilot go on about transparency,YET!!they're all a housing association called Vivid to dictate what tenants are allowed to write.Vivid and Trust Pilot don't like the truth being told about them.That is typical behaviour of an American company being paid by a housing association to hide/erase the truth.

Moving company price scam

I signed a moving contract between Dallas, TX and Corpus Christi, TX with Ryan Rinker from Coastal Movers for $2,179.50 on 5/28/24.
The movers showed up on June 1st around 3:30 PM; when I started to discuss the move with Mariso Botello (name on the phone), (Cita Van Lines), (312.826.30820. He looked around and started telling me we need to wrap all this stuff (furniture, TV’s, etc.) and it will cost for all the wrapping. I stated I already have a contract that covers that plus all your travel, etc. He just kept on talking and started t pull out work sheets which I didn’t think was odd while his 2 works started loading the truck. Mariso started pulling all these numbers out and stated again that I already have a contract and the pickup/ delivery are covered plus I already put down a deposit of $994.00. Again, he ignored me and just kept on producing about 5 sheets for me to sign all over the place with my signature which came to a total of a little over $5,000.00 and I was required to give him a check for a little over $1,500.00. Again, I stated this has already been taken care of. I tried to reach Ryan but he wouldn’t answer the phone. Note: the entire time Mariso kept on complaining about the contents while creating more boxes.
After the apartment we went to the storage unit and once the door was opened Mariso started throwing his arms in the air and started to complain about the amount of stuff. I again told him this was already discussed with Ryan. He stated not for this much stuff (I didn’t catch then that he did see the original contract). He stated we will need to create a new contract for even more money. Once done loading we went back to the apartment and he started a new contract sheet but now the amount was $6,657.51 less the deposit, and I was required to give him a check for $2,831.75 and another $2,831.75 once dropped off. As I didn’t have a debit card and couldn’t buck up another $600.00 and they wouldn’t take a check it had to be money order or debit card. They couldn’t deliver my belongings right away; they have to go in storage because they needed the truck for another move.
At this point I didn’t catch 2 things. 1, He knew how much the deposit was and 2, He knew how many items I discussed with Ryan. After they left, I started putting things together and realized I was just scammed! That morning, I sent a text cancelling the check and the fake contract noting I already have a contract for $2,179.00 and they are required to honor it. I drove to Corpus Christi and the next day there were 2 phone messages and a text to discuss delivery. I called the next day and spoke with Jennifer (941.782.18310 and while I was trying to tell her what had happened, she cut me and after a short discussion she stated I canceled the check for $2,831.75 and canceled the contract. I stated this was a bogus contact and she wasn’t honoring the original contract and that time we were done talking and they have my belongings.

The contract for $2,179.50 was very reasonable for Dallas to Corpus Christi.
There are no storage fees when the delay is on their part.
I was originally told they couldn’t drive more than 4 hours a day due to new trucking regulations so they would be charging me for 2 days travel there and 2 days travel back. This not, she said we can drive up to 14 hours a day as we are not bound by trucking regulations.
One of the guys approached Lisa and stated he was sorry your boyfriend isn’t happy with the contact but can we still get a tip when done.
Linda also stated that Cita Van Lines was trying to scam a senior citizen because we didn’t know any better.

Softrend have falsely advertised a gadget that increases the water pressure delivered from a garden hose. Claim that water delivery is increased X 15 .
Complete lies.
Cost $ 54.95 . Nothing more than a garden hose nozzle of $5 to 7 from many hardware outlets. A complete rort.

Viking Appliances: unsafe and over-priced

Do not pay the outrageously high price for Viking kitchen appliances! Not only are they expensive, they are unsafe. After only six years the bottom freezer door handle on my Series 5 Model RVRF3361SS2 fridge disengaged and threw me back against my center island. Since the injury was not serious enough to warrant a trip to the hospital (but sure hurt!) they would not even cover the repair cost let alone show any concern for my safety because the fridge is only warrantied for one year. Now I deeply regret that all the appliances in my remodeled kitchen are Series 5 Viking appliances. I will never buy anything from this company! And if you care about your family's safety you shouldn't either.

It’s a scam team once paid the amount for a case then there is no hope, when asking for the updates they will just give you a lame reply stating that the case is in progress we will update you please wait. More than 3 Months after filing the complaint and fee payment done there is no response. The case manager who was looking after my case has left the firm so there is no updates from there side. Calls do not connect to the call center all the lines will be busy. Please do not fall pray to this firm. Actually they are big Scammers.

Apple and law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLPI bought 3 MacBook pro's from Apple and…

I bought 3 MacBook pro's from Apple and 3 I-phones. The MacBook Pro I got for myself had a problem with the keyboard. I was RV'ing at the time and on the 3rd time bringing it in found it was a problem they already knew about - a faulty butterfly keyboard. I was about 70 miles away each time so it was a 140 mile trip to bring it in to Apple - some times I had to leave it there and pick up a different time, so 280 miles. It went into a class action law suite and the judge found them liable. I waited and waited. I contacted the law firm and they said I would be getting the payment "SOON". It's been about a year and a half and still no payment. I am going to be 80 years old in September and "SOON" the dollar won't be worth the paper it's printed on when they pay me. With computerized accounting this should have been done within 60 days after the court settled. I even contacted the judge but have not heard back. I think all the contacts go directly to the law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP who I DO NOT TRUST ANYMORE. I am giving them a 0 out of 10 review and I suggest everybody do so also.

Marathon electric contractors

first off i would like to address the unfair treatment i receive as a employee for starters i was fired on my way to work after that i was put in a shipping container in 100degree weather heat with no fan'' i have pics'' the following week they locked me out of my duty station were i receive supplies and stock shelves. i was placed under a guy that didn't train me to do anything. I actually was terminated for doing what they hired me to do which was drive the bus and move crew members to and fro! the day i was fired i was told that i was a materiel handler but i didn't have a key to anything like the other guy did. Nor did my pay change i was also told that if i ran any heavy equipment i would be fired as well. in my interview i told them i had that experience. the company buys lunch for the crew members daily not one time i was offered anything to eat. the day i was terminated i got yelled at about stopping at the food truck for lunch only one time since i worked there but the other guy goes by there twice a day. I also was told I couldn't sit under the canopy to cool off like other crew members

Gemstone holding took my initial deposit for investing in cryptocurrency trade l had no contact information from their manager to reach them. They will call me with a number that l cannot return their call. I was left with no ways to talk to them if l need to reach them. Until now l had no way to contact them and who to contact about my request to close my account and get back my initial deposit. It make me feel nervous and scared about such company. I need my money from the company but silent.
