Best health keto. Did not order these but my account was debited nearly £200. Never got an email to confirm order!! Received an envelope with 5 bottles no invoice or way to return. I only hope my back can help me with a refund.

I purchaed Elite Keto apparently endorsed by Letitia Dean...
what a con. I saw my bank account and they charged approx £ 140 when I had ordered one bottle and get one free for approx £30. I was also charged for two bottles of 'cleanse' which I definitely did NOT order.. I brought this up with them and they told me I did and I could tell they were not going to do anything but con others.. Also I ordered Elite Keto and what I received was 'Best Health Keto'.
This scam needs to be reported and stopped. They are getting up the hopes of hundreds of people and conning them by completely overcharging. It's disgusting and does Letitia Dean even know?? where can I report them please.

If I could give negative stars I would. I clicked to buy a $39 of Keto gummies and went to pay and all of a sudden $199.99 was stolen from my card— I called and told them to cancel the order immediately and they said it has already been processed and they could not refund me! I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they hung up on me. I callled right back and the person told me he was ending the call because I already spoke to someone. What a crock. This place is a total scam- now I’m out $199 and can’t get my money back. Do not fall for this crap- I’m reporting them to the attorney generals office.

SCAM - similar experience to the others. Got charged at least 5x what I expected. Rang up and asked to cancel. They said too late already dispatched. I contacted my Australian credit card provider and told them that I WAS IN DISPUTE with the company. They asked for details and whether I had tried to resolve the issue. I had so they reversed the transaction. So much for the product having been already dispatched! Never turned up! They are absolute ratbags! (My preferred adjective got censored)

DO NOT BUY - Absolute rubbish - first and last time I will be fooled by click bait.
No weight loss, if anything I’ve put on a couple of pounds. The only thing I’ve lost is over £100.
They’re praying on those, like me, desperate to try something different.
The only way to lose weight is calorie controlled diet - I’m going back to Weight Watchers.

This is a scam. Do not buy any product called Keto Complete no matter what the company is called. It is made up company names to sell this product. They take about 6 x more dollars from your credit card than they say. Be warned and spread the word. What you think is a $39 purchase turns out to be $345 or more and it’s in US$ but you don’t know that till after. They are rogues.

Scam. Tried to order one bottle to trial the claims. You click on one, enter your card details, press order now and suddenly you have 3 bottles being charged for when you only ordered one! I instantly requested cancellation and refund. Having read these reviews I am not hopeful. I tried to see reviews before ordering but there are so many fake and sponsored ones. Wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot first.

Purchased VIAKETO. at great expense, hoping it would help, been on it for one month and taken the apple gummies religiously and guess what…..NO WEIGHT LOSS, NO MIRACLE, NO ENERGY BOOST, just money gone …..don’t bother , don’t be sucked in….

I just purchased some ViaKeto gummies. I realised that they charged me hundreds more than expected and would not cancel the order a mere half an hour after being placed. The customer service chat was completely useless. I will be attempting to send back if they ever arrive but after reading other reviews a, not hopeful at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this site

DO NOT BUY. Purchased one bottle, but got charged $400. Immediately knew I’d been scammed. Contacted them to cancel order, they said “too late, already dispatched”. Apparently I signed up for auto renewal, so they’ve deducted more out of my account. So really, I’ve been scammed twice by the same company!! Now that’s embarrassing!!
As for the product, the ingredients advertised on the websites were not in the bottles I received. The ingredients are calcium, magnesium and sodium, rice flour and guar gum, encased in a gelatine capsule.

We have been trying to get a refund for 2 months and are continually fobbed off with the excuse that there has been a problem with Billing Department that has now been fixed and that our refund will be with us in 2-3 days - this is not true

Please do not order!!! The company has been telling me for months that I will get a refund of £190!! All lies constantly! So frustrating how can a company lie and lie again yes money will be in tomorrow?!?! 3 months later n nothing! How can an honest person work for a corrupt company like that!!

Having been lied to by this company and their customer sales team ..up to supervisor level .promising to get back in touch re my refund within 48 hours..still over a week later heard nothing
Tried to say they would reship ..refused offer,then said they couldn't do anything as over 30 days since originally shipped,never received,said I could have 50% refund of outstanding monies owing ..turned that down and now complete silence ..so will ring them again and then I will start to try and get money back via my bank
Do not trust this company .. completely dishonest in their customer service and built on hollow words and broken promises ..Still owed £148.00.

I took these pills religiously for 4 weeks: nothing, totally useless! Don’t waste your money

Charged more than I thought, product not work anyway. Ended up with the “Cleanse” too which they would not refund but gave me an immediate £20 discount on if I kept. Still waiting for refund after returning product 40 days ago. Plus they are deducting £20 handling. Have to phone back when billing department open. If I have no joy today then I will be taking them to the small claims court to get the FULL refund.

I've orderef my items in February 22 and still have not received them.
They took£ 272 from my account and never shipped my goods. I have emailed them several times, no answer until now . Also , I was told the exact thing as most of the people. Please do not order from this website.

I stupidly ordered these products and within 2 hours I had £248 deducted from my account. I phoned the customer services line within 2 hours of my order and asked them not to ship the items. I was told I would get a phone call at 2pm that day, I didn't get a phone call.
I rang again on Monday when I received confirmation of my order and I rang customer services and they offered me £90 off and I said I didn't want any of the products (it takes ages to get through).
I was then told to send back the products unopened, which I did the day after they arrived, I sent them by special delivery (cost £7) and was told it would take 3 weeks to process my refund. I sent the products to LS Returns at a PO number in Ruislip Middlesex.
Is rang after 3 weeks lapsed and was told that my refund would be processed and would take 3-5 working days.
I did get a refund but only £145.03. I rang the customer service number (again) and was told they charge £10 per item handling fee for all returns, this isn't on their website. there were only 6 items in the envelope so why have they debited £103 from my account.

I have emailed them again asking for my full refund.
I am not holding out much hope but please do not buys from this company EVER.

Total Scam. Dragons Den 'endorsement'made me stupidly sign up - no order confirmation received - I was charged £188 when I believed I had bought a free trial bottle plus one month plus it was automatically renewed. The ingredients on the bottle don't match the claims and 'official' ingredients on the advert. I have called the number on the crappy bit of paper received with the delivery and was told they could only refund £90 and I should return the last bottle delivered. Also was told they had cancelled the auto-renew contract but remains to be seen. I will be in contact with my bank. And trading standards. Avoid this company it is definitely a scam.

I also was scammed by this company. Thought I was buying goods for about £88.00. But was charged 231.00. Same difficulties as others when contacted. The biggest issue is that they tie you into a recurring contract. I have made an application to citizens advice to report to trading standards, they are happy to do this. The products I received are something completely different to what is advertised. Anyway, anyone who has been scammed by them needs to contact their bank to stop further payments. I expect the ingredients are not what it states. Not sure how to check this?

discontinued using, stomach upsets stopped, very disappointing product. Have sent emails to supplier, still waiting for a response - after sale service appears to be non existent.
