Just want to say a big thank you to Lisa and her team .I called regarding my boiler within a week I had a new boiler and hot water .the team where efficient and very helpful

For several months I had been looking for a home to rent, I viewed around 18 properties with various estate agents and by far Complete Property Services has really exceeded what I became to expect. In today's housing market I've found the house searching very production line and not very personable, all viewings have been block viewings with several people viewing at same time or very short times to view a property, not giving you the time, chance to ask questions and on few occasions the agent has not got any information about the property you're viewing.

I then found a property on zoopla which was managed by complete Property Services Midlands, I sent an enquiry via zoopla and the next morning I received a call from Nathan, He answered several questions I had prior to arranging a viewing and was wonderfully informative liaising with the landlord to arrange a viewing he kept me updated via email with more in depth information regarding the property until a viewing was arranged.

At the viewing I had met with Nathan at the property, a very kind, warm and friendly guy who showed me round the whole property, highlighting features about the property, give me the time to really look around and was informed about the property, really listening to what I was looking for and ultimately the most personable viewing I've experienced to date. I did express my interest in the property and the whole application process was quick, easy and throughout the process Nathan was always on hand to answer the questions and assist where needed.

After successfully passing the application and arranging move in dates etc. Nathan was in constant contact. On the day I went to sign for the keys at the office Nathan and his colleagues was so friendly addressed me as if we had known each other for years. Nathan went through all the details, disclosed any issues the property has nothing major, his pretenancy checks of the property was thorough he genuinely checked and documented everything throughout. Even was given a house warming gift which had hot chocolate, tea bags, handy little thoughtful bits to use and enjoy with many coupons and vouchers to save money.

An absolutely fantastic personalised service and I would definitely recommend any landlord looking for an agent to manage your property or potential tenants looking to try complete Property services midlands, thank you Nathan I love my home and my landlord has been absolutely amazing too. It was amazing meeting you and want to thank you for all your support from enquiring to moving in you have been absolutely amazing.

Complete Property Services (Mids) LTD had been exceptional in their customer service, they kept me informed through out the process of moving into our new home, both Nathan and Kieron were polite and extremely professional throughout.

Nathan sold our house for us and from the beginning I knew he was the right person for the Job. He was polite friendly and very knowledgeable in the housing market. He made suggestions and it work really well for us within 3 viewings our house was sold. He always kept intouch and was fast with answering questions or solving problems. I would highly recommend using the services of Complete Property Services for me they was excellent thanks Nathan, for a very professional experience.

The staff team are very friendly but we have had damp problems since the first day we moved and a promise was made at 6 month inspection but nothing was sorted also the damp has wrecked hundred pounds of clothes footwear food etc.
