Trainline should be ashamed of themselves being associated with these con men. Appears I signed up unwittingly while purchasing a train ticket. Been charging me £18 a month for something I didn't know... See more

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY...TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! I wasn't even aware I had signed up! I've had £18 a month taken from my account with no cash back benefit whatsoever. In order to make ANY savings on purchases I would have spend more then £200 a month...Yeah right! I very much doubt I'll get any refund. It seems their stock reply to any complaint is basically you cannot sign up with out any knowledge. Well, judging by the numerous reviews here I would say that's complete rubbish and I'm not the only one. Now very angry at my own stupidity. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Notice to completesave...Don't bother with your stock reply, it's about as sincere as a knee in the groin! In fact, a knee in the groin is less insulting!

Arse holes. They know full well what they're doing. Taking food out of people's mouths when times are hard enough as it is. And yeah I know it's legal but it's morally bankrupt.

This is SCAM. I didn't even realise when did I got onto the membership. I realised today after paying for 7 months. The big surprise was, It was getting paid through my credit card for months. This must be reported and legal action must be carried out.

£18 taken twice from my card. I have no idea who they are, they shouldn't know me. Their "website" directs you to whiskey sales, weight loss and a credit union!!

If any of you don't know this is £18 per month. Because you tried to get the offer of £20 back on your domino's pizza order. Oh and you never got the £20 odd quid either. Very poor just pay your food order and eat it.

I had no idea or recognition of signing up for this. Please cancel thus immediately. Immoral and total wrong!

Like everyone else, I have unwittingly signed up to give this company £18. For ?????? No warnings or emails are sent by them. The only way you know what has happened is when you check your bank account. They know perfectly well that they are "legal scammers". That's why you don't receive even the courtesy of an email to say you are about to have £18 removed from your account for ????? Nice that you will reply to this and say it was my stupid fault. Yeah. That's what scammers do and say. 3K reviews and a score of 1.1. That tells you everything you need to know. Yes. I have now received a reply confirming my unintended subscription has now been cancelled. Your reply email confirmed my comments above are accurate. No "sorry to see you go" Just an explanation of how I ended up with a subscription I didn't want. Debenhams. It is obvious that you know that most people who subscribe are conned and are not aware they are paying £18 per month for nothing. You know that you conned us into subscribing, all be it legally. Your good bye email confirmed. I'm sure you are having a good laugh at our expense. Enjoy your not so hard earned money for nothing.

"Complete Savings" are a company who enjoy making their money using SHARP PRACTICE. I was caught by them & they withdrew money each month for 4 months without me realising. They apparently have some very small print on the Tool Station website asking if you want discount on future purchases and when you pay for your item they take all your payment details & sign you up to their company. You don't even know what has happened. When I found out I went to my bank & their fraud team refunded me & I was told that they already knew of this company. That was Monday, then Tuesday I checked my bank account & I'd been refunded by my bank BUT there was another £18 taken out of my account by "My Time rewards". This is another branch of the same company of "Complete Savings". I telephoned My time rewards & have asked for a refund & have all of my details taken off their computer. They have agreed but say it will take up to 5 days. I will post again regarding the outcome.
I will also be contacting Tool Station regarding these companies & their operation.

I didn’t even know that I had unknowingly agreed to sign up to this scam, whatever they claim, it is not at all clear that you are agreeing to membership, there’s no emails or messages about this contract with information how to cancel which is completely illegal in the Uk. My bank has obvious knowledge of this scam as they have blocked the numerous attempts to illegally withdraw money from my account. Unlike other subscriptions it is not made obvious what you are signing up too or ways to cancel, complete fraudulent scam, day light robbery!

It is a scam website. You can be a victim of their dubious ways in which they sign up the clients. You will never know you signed up until they tale money from your bank.

Very obvious scam.
Redirects you from another trustworthy website promising money back on the purchase you just made; does not give you any money back, then secretly charges your bank account every month, until you notice the leech and cancel it (how they even get your bank account information I don't know). Customer Service know their company is a scam, and refuse refunds; copy pasting the same thing they've posted to thousands of other people they have scammed.
