Really great experience from start to finish. Easy system to purchase online and they were very helpful. A member of the team gave me a call as I wasn't sure a large lorry would fit down the narrow roads to my property, so she quickly sorted out a smaller vehicle and kept me in the loop. Stove arrived quickly and well-wrapped, and the delivery man was very helpful in helping us to move it into the property. Overall a brilliant experience (and of course the stove is lovely too, and a very good price). Would highly recommend

Claire was fantastic and even although fire bricks are considered as consumables, we received two new bricks from the manufacturer.
