From start to finish Marco and Matt communicated, explained and supported the build and what was required from both myself and the builder.
When the final compliance was required they were clear and concise about what was required and supported the final steps
For most people having building work done is a minefield of uncertainty and is a rare occurrence, with the support received from Compliance building control it didn't feel like that. Thank you

Excellent from inital email enquiry to final site inspection and certificate being issued. I have never done a refurb removing a load bearing wall but Olayemi guided me through the process and was such a lovely building inspector to deal with (I may have lucked out as I hear some horror stories). She was always accommodating with the site visit dates (not always easy to manage with contractors and suppliers who work to tight schedules) and very clear with her instructions to the builders (which they appreciated). From this one job alone I would highly recommend Compliance Building Control (ask for Olayemi if you can).
