The item was despatched very quickly but it is still with the delivery company warehouse after 6 days and I needed to order a replacement from another supplier hence overall 4⭐️
The return and refund process was 5 ⭐️

Having purchased as I thought the correct bar risers for my motorcycle,they didn't fit exactly,so having contacted the company and explained my predicament and sent the photos they requested,they email back to apologize and offered me a full refund and I was even told I didn't need to return the bar risers .So happy with my pending refund thanks,and will also use my 10% discount that they have offered for me to use on my next purchase .Very happy with this company.

Hi, I had ordered left bumper grill for my audi A5 and delivery came on time which was great. But unfortunately that did not fit on my car and they happily offered me full refund. I really appreciate their help. I will defiantly use this company again in the future.

I ordered car parts for my BMW, not only were they a great price price. It was free delivery from California . They kept me in the loop and when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted. I see this company have had some bad reviews, but my experience has been great and I will continue to use them in the future.

Ordered a carburettor from JIMMY who is the only person that works here. His website is dodgy to say the least. He's based in America, or so it appears, but orders his very awful quality products from China.
I paid £270 8 days ago where it advertised I'd get my part in 4 days.
Received a dodgy welcome email & then nothing.
After 3 emails to Jimmy one week later he finally responds saying my part is out of stock

After researching him and his alleged company I am 100% sure that he is a scam artist.
I have begun a dispute with my bank where I will be claiming a full refund.

I bought an LED taillight from Componentauthority and it didn’t work correctly but the guys sorted out a refund so can’t complain about the customer service.

They have scammed me! They told me the car part was compatible with my car after it arrived i told them this was the wrong part! Jimmy was so rude he refused a refund and said keep the part even though it’s not compatible and we will refund you 20%! When i refused he became rude and said we have a 30% restocking fee and it would take a very long time to refund me! In other words refused to give me my money back or take the item! These recent reviews seem fake as they DO NOT REFUND!!! I have had to involve authorities as I want my money back! Avoid!!!

No wonder they have not claimed their trustpilot profile as they don't want to deal with the bad reviews they're receiving! I ordered a grille for my Mercedes E Class. I needed it urgently so I ordered via this company as they had fast delivery times with 6 days being the longest. It took over 2 weeks for the part to arrive and I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing as it did come from China hence it took so long to arrive and the tracking link provided by Component Authority took me to a Chinese site which isn't very helpful considering I can't read Chinese! To make it worse a small part of the grille was snapped upon arrival but thankfully I've managed to fix myself as I couldn't wait for another part to arrive. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the part is correct even though it was partly broken and when I did query the long delivery time Jimmy did get back to me although the answer he provided was rubbish that different parts take longer to come but this should be specified on the site (and they should be honest that the reason it takes long to come is because it's being shipped from China and not within the UK).

After ordering the wrong components, wrong year, my fault. I contacted Componentauthority, who not only offered me a full refund, but also said I could keep the parts,incase I could make use of them in future. I would have no hesitation in recomending this company or using them in future

Ordered some Motorhome steps on 21st October and did not have a delivery date. Looked online at reviews and was really worried as they were not good. Didn't need to worry they arrived today 31st October and are excellent and well made
