I cannot recommend this company enough

I cannot recommend this company enough. The end product is absolutely stunning. The lads worked so hard in all weathers and completed a perfect job. The electricians then came to finish up and they equally did an amazing job too. Very happy customers

Very Happy Customer.

Could not be happier with the whole process. Carl and Richard were very professional. Building was expidited quickly but with care. They ran extra wiring for me, a job i was expecting to have to do myself. Kept me informed at each step. I could not reccomend them more highly. Price was also very competative.

Garden room in 3 days

I just had one of their garden room installed. They are very professional, on the first day they put up the room, the second day they finish the internal and in the third day the electrician connect all the electrics. All job was done at high standard finish and they just respect the timetable. Very professional people. Despite all the negative review on the internet, I use them and I am 100% satisfied. The reviews are from an old company that they acquire. Give them a go and you won't regret it.

Avoid dreadful service…

After reading the reviews I really wanted to believe that they had changed their ways so went ahead and ordered a cabin. I was asked if I gave a good review they would discount £500.

All was well at first. I paid the£500 deposit for the cabin to be constructed the following week. We exchanged several WhatsApp messages over colours and plans. Then it went quiet with a couple of my messages unanswered. So to my relief I got a message the day before construction confirming the next day.

Workers turned up as promised at 7am and worked till 3. Then the WhatsApp demand for next payment came through from Ben. I wasn’t there but my daughter was with her little baby. I couldn’t see what was done but felt pressured into sending the payment. When I went to my daughters after work, I was shocked to see 3 wooden legs of the base sitting on the grass. This concerned me immensely as there was no protection from the elements which would speed up the rotting process. So I called and there was no answer and I messaged and got no answer till the following day. Ben said the men would concrete the legs in. This is something that should have been done - surely a foundation under wooden legs should have been done in the first place for added protection and support.

The workers finished and the next WhatsApp payment demand came in. I was very hesitant as I didn’t see the finished cabin. I was told that the electrician was coming on Saturday to do the final fixing. So I said I would withhold £500 of this payment and pay it together with the electric payment of £500 on Saturday. So confirming a payment of £1000 on Saturday once all the works were completed. I was just losing confidence in this company.

Well the workers wouldn’t leave and my daughter began to feel very vulnerable with her baby in the house. Eventually after messages back and forth and an email to Barry the director (still not answered) the workers who were lovely from start to finish and very professional left. The problem is Ben who sends the messages.

I messaged Friday to confirm the electrician on Saturday and got no answer. Tried calling Saturday and no answer. My son in law had taken Saturday off work and called the electricians number. He didn’t have a clue of any job and was in fact on a stag do. So there was no arrangement made for him to come on Saturday at all. Total lie.

They promised again to contact me on Monday to get their electrician to do the job asap. Again, I heard nothing so contacted them again to which there was no confirmation and no real answer when he was coming. . So, finally at my wits end, as I said to them on Saturday, I will find my own electrician to finish the works.

In view of this I have lost all faith in this company. Their promises are empty and they will only contact you when it suits them. Your messages and emails are ignored unless it’s beneficial to them. I have screen shotted all their messages even the one from Ben telling me not to dictate to them! Yes, great customer service!!

And now the installation has damp issues which this company won’t respond to.

Cowboys in new clothes

Formally known as Spikeows, had to change their name and website due to the sheer amount of complaints they were getting. Do your research people these cowboys say all the right things but will take your money and leave you with a pile of crap. Saying this lot have the morals of a gutter rat just doesn't go far enough even the fitters seemed embarrassed to work for them. Vile company that hasn't a clue what doing a good job means and has clearly never heard of the term "customer service"

Well this company has set up by same…

Well this company has set up by same director and secretary as Spikeows, take a look at the reviews to Spikeows and don’t be fooled by the positive feedback go to company house and search both and look at people and will see, Spikeows got such bad reviews the good ones are false and block me won’t solve the issues after spending over £5k blocked me on Spikeows blocked me on new site when I posted proof do not be fooled and stay away

Great service from the minute I…

Great service from the minute I received my quotation to completion today. Ordered a 20 x 10 outbuilding which was installed quickly, whilst they were onsite I ordered the matching composite decking to make it complete. Brilliant attention to detail and quality. Big thank you to Carl for his exceptional work and patience.
