Queremos explicarte que, desde que procedimos con el trámite de la bate el 14 de enero, la moto legalmente dejó de ser de tu propiedad. Este proceso implica un cambio de titularidad que, aunque realizado de manera inmediata, depende del tiempo que la DGT tarde en actualizar los registros, un aspecto que no podemos controlar.
Te proporcionamos el documento oficial que acredita que la moto ya no está a tu nombre, y como te explicó tu comercial, este documento es completamente válido para justificar la transferencia. Sin embargo, entendemos que el tiempo de espera de la DGT puede ser incómodo, y te agradecemos por tu paciencia en este proceso.
