CONSUMER WARNING

CONSUMER WARNING: AVOID Compressionsocks.com

Buyers should be extremely cautious when purchasing from Compressionsocks.com. The sizing information advertised on their website is grossly inaccurate. I ordered based on their chart, and the product I received was far too large to be usable.

When I contacted their customer service, I was instructed to return the item for a refund. Although they appear to operate out of California—using a California phone number and shipping from a California address—they are actually a Canadian company. The return shipping cost came to $31.00 for a purchase that cost just over $50.00. They refused to provide a prepaid return label, then ceased responding to my emails and calls entirely.

This company misleads customers with a supposed “no hassle return policy” and hides behind cross-border logistics to avoid accountability. It is financially unreasonable and intentionally difficult to process returns. Consumers deserve transparency and companies that stand behind their products. Compressionsocks.com should not be allowed to represent itself as a U.S. business if it will not uphold basic consumer protections.
