I’ve been ordering from CompressionStore.com for a long time. The customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere EVER, online or in a brick and mortar store. It is unusual these days to find a retail store with workers who care this much!

I ordered the socks through the company's website and paid through PayPal. I received confirmation that the order was received and my bank account was debited. After 7 days, instead of receiving the ordered and paid items, I received a message from Compression store that my transaction is suspicious (???) and to send them my credit card number and CVV code (!!!). I replied that I paid via PayPal precisely for security reasons so as not to reveal my confidential information. The company then canceled my order because I refused to provide them with my card number and CVV security code, otherwise they could charge my card without my knowledge and approval. This looks like a fraudulent attempt to steal confidential data, so pay attention if you receive such requests, it is an illegal and criminal act.

Easy to determine the correct size for compression items

Bought compression stockings on sale and all went well. Took a little longer to receive them than I anticipated.

Original order did not ship complete. I contacted customer service. They were very willing to help. They got the remainder of my order out quickly. I appreciate it.

Excellent service and good leg compression wraps good price

The product was fine, but the box looked like it went through World War III. The box was open, but the bag was still intact.

You need to find a shipper that takes care of the product better.

I love Jobst brand. Arrived ahead of schedule.

I purchased the compression socks for my husband to help with the swelling in his legs. They work great! Very happy they were 20% off!

I wear full length/thigh high compression stockings on both legs as I have circulatory issues. The Compression Store has a variety of brands, but I prefer the Medi brand. The Compression Store has excellent customer service and ships orders quickly

CompressionStore.com makes getting compression hose a breeze. I searched locally for WEEKS and no one within 100 miles of where I live measured for and/or sold compression hose. Because I'm a large woman, I expected I would have to have special order hose so the measurements were critical. I finally got some help and then contacted Mediven, a product I had used in the past. Somehow the CompressionStore popped up and I was in business. Not only did I learn that they sold a variety of sizes, I learned that if I wasn't happy with what I ordered I could return them for a full refund - even though I had worn them! The process has been seamless and left me quite impressed. AND, my legs haven't felt better in YEARS! Thank you, CompressionStore.com!

I really like CompressionStore and have been a customer for years. But I had to change brands of support knee highs because they were completely out of the usual Jobst compression kneehighs that I usually buy. It would be nice if CompressionStore would let you request an email when your regular hose becomes available. I like the new hose (Sigvaris) even though they made my legs itch, but I prefer Jobst.

Simple easy instructions… I don’t always do ratings, I find them annoying. So you got lucky.
