Original message : one star. It's the second time now that I'm being asked to give an opinion about products I ordered weeks ago and still haven't received from Comprex. Where are they and why are you asking me for an opinion while I'm still waiting for them? This only adds to the confusion over the current status of my order. Comprex seemed to be a reliable website but I haven't heard from them regarding the delay aside from trustpilot queries.
Follow-up: I've received a quick, thorough and professional answer from the shop and consequently decided to change my rating. It's only fair to Comprex. I do not remember ordering a product that wasn't in stock but I've got to give them the benefit of the doubt considering that the product's page does indicate months of wait at the present time and that they obviously cannot ship something they don't have in stock and be blamed for it. However, it might be a good idea to delay the posting of Trustpilot email queries considering that many products on the website have long delivery times. The fact that I had already been billed and that I received two trustpilot messages without obtaining the product suggested that the company believed they had already sent it, which wasn't the case.

Dear mr. Gomez, I am very sorry to hear about your case. After some investigation, I can see that your compressor will be available for shipment in early April. The tools and hose will be sent together with the compressor package. Something must have gone wrong with the communication because of course we always try to inform the customer with this kind of delay. The trustpilot queries can only be set on a fixed interval after purchase is done, so that is the reason for this mix-up. Again, I would like to sincerely apologize for the bad communication and I hope that you will still enjoy your products at arrival.
